Research On The Regularity Of Prescription Of Ointment In The Treatment Of Sub-healthy Patients With Kidney-yang Deficiency

Objective: The data analysis platform was used to mine the medical records of patients treated by Prof.Liu Chenggang for kidney Yang deficie-ncy type of sub-health,with the aim of extracting the characteristics of the prescriptions prescribed by Prof.Liu Chenggang for kidney Yang deficiency type of sub-health patients,summarizing the medication pattern,and providi-ng a basis for clinical treatment.Methods: All medical records included in this study were obtained from the outpatient medical record system of the Second Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine by Prof.Chenggang Liu,who met the criteria for determining the kidney-yang deficiency type of sub-health status and prescribed prescriptions between January 2016 and December 2020.A total of 124 cases were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the medication pattern analysis was performed by using the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform,SPSS22.0,SPSS Modeler,and Cytoscape software to summarize and analyze the medication pattern of Professor Liu Chenggang’s treatment for the treatment of subhealth patients with kidney yang deficiency.Result: There are a total of 124 prescriptions in this study,involving a total of 210 drugs.The cumulative frequency of drugs is 4438.The four-qi analysis results show that the use of warm medicine is the most,and the overall medicine is relatively mild.The results of the five-flavor analysis show that sweet medicines are used the most,with pungent,bitter and salty flavors accounting for a relatively high proportion.The results of the meridian attribution analysis showed that the drugs for the liver and kidney meridians had the highest frequency;the drugs for the bladder meridian,gall bladder meridian,large intestine meridian,pericardium meridian,small intestine meridian,and Sanjiao meridian were relatively few.Cluster analysis summarized 4 groups of commonly used drug combinations and 8 pairs of commonly used drugs.Conclusion:1.Professor Liu Chenggang’s common prescription for treating sub-heal-thy patients with kidney yang deficiency is the addition and subtraction of Dioscorea zingiberensis.2.Professor Liu Chenggang’s commonly used drug combinations for treating sub-healthy patients with kidney-yang deficiency are warming the kidney essence,replenishing qi and nourishing blood;regulating qi and invigorating the spleen,eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm;warming the kidney yang,promoting qi to move water.3.Professor Liu Chenggang’s commonly used drugs for treating subhealthy patients with kidney-yang deficiency are mild,flat,lukewarm,and slightly cold.Commonly used medicines are sweet,followed by pungent,bitter,and salty.Commonly used drugs are classified into the kidney,liver and spleen channels.4.Professor Liu Chenggang’s idea of prescriptions for sub-healthy patients with kidney-yang deficiency,is to focus on protecting and nourishing the spleen and kidneys,nourishing and reconciling the body with movement.The prescriptions are referring to the characteristics of yun-qi of the year.
