Intervention Yi Zheng Hua Zhuo Decoction On The Treatment Of Patients In Injury Of Hyperuricemia Combined Early Renal Damage

Purpose:Through the research of YiZhengHuaZhuo Decoction on patients in injury of hyperuricemia combined early renal damage,changes of laboratory indexes and clinical symptoms were observed before and after the treatment.A better method for the treatment of patients in injury of hyperuricemia combined early renal damage will be provided in a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:The collection of 40 cases were accorded with the diagnostic standard of hyperuricemia combined early renal damage,in accordance with the visiting sequence,were randomly divided into 2 groups.Both experimental group and control group have 20 cases in each group of patients.Both group of patients were given treatment of decreasing serum uric acid and general treatment,such as quit alcohol,low purine diet,drinking more water,hyperuricemia knowledge education.If patients accompanied by hypertension,cardiovascular disease,associated metabolic diseaseand and any other related diseases,they would be given corresponding symptomatic treatment.The two groups were orally allopurinol 50-100mg/d,Adjusting dose properly according to the illness by illustration.The experimental group adds the clothing YiZhengHuaZhuo decoction.Two weeks for a course of treatment.The control group and the experimental group were observed for two courses.In two groups of patients,?2-MG,Cystatin C,urinary ACR and related indexes of renal function and clinical symptoms changes were observed before and after treatment.Results:After two courses of treatment above-mentioned,calculated from the experimental group and the control group,the total clinical effective rate were 90% and 60%,the rank sum test,? < 0.05,significant differences statistically.So the curative effect of experimental group was significantly better than the control group curative effect.The experimental group in improving the clinical symptoms,and reducing blood uric acid,urinary ACR index results also reflected that significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:YiZhengHuaZhuo decoction can improve the clinical symptoms in patients with significant efficacy of hyperuricemia combined early renal damage.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in this tremeat has a significant effect on the improvement of early renal damage indexs and clinical symtoms.
