To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Yishen Jianpihuashi Decoction On Early Renal Damage In MS Patients

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Jianpi Huashi Decoction on early renal damage in MS patients.Methods:Select 60 MS patients with spleen and kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group received routine basic treatment,which included improving lifestyle and increasing exercise.The patients with hyperglycemia,hypertension and hyperlipidemia were treated with blood sugar control,blood pressure and lipid regulation respectively.The observation group was treated with Yishen Jianpi Huashi Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.After 8 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,waist circumference,blood pressure and the third day of treatment were observed in the two groups.Changes of acyl glycerol(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL_C),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting blood insulin(FINS),urinary microalbumin/creatinine(ACR),urinary microalbumin(MA),cystatin C(CysC),urinary transferrin(TRF),alpha-1microglobulin(AIM),beta-2 microglobulin(B2M),urinary immunoglobulin(IGU)and other indicators.Result: 1.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased significantly,and the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05);in terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.10%(27/29),the total effective rate of the control group was 85.71%(24/28),and the observation group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).2.The waist circumference of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the former(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups before and after TG treatment and between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),and the observationgroup was better than the control group.There was no significant difference in blood pressure,HDL_C before and after treatment and between the two groups after treatment(all P > 0.05).3.HOMA-IR and FINS in both groups were significantly improved(all P< 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).There was no significant difference in FPG level between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).4.CysC,ACR,AIM,TRU,MA and B2 M in the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P < 0.05).IGU in the observation group was significantly improved after treatment(P < 0.05),while IGU in the control group had no significant difference before and after treatment(P >0.05).The improvement in ACR,AIM,TRU,MA and IGU in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Yishen Jianpi Huashi Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of MS patients with early kidney damage due to deficiency of both spleen and kidney and phlegm-dampness and blood stasis syndrome.2.Yishen Jianpi Huashi Decoction can effectively reduce the TG level of MS patients with early kidney damage due to deficiency of both spleen and kidney and phlegm-dampness and blood stasis syndrome,and can also reduce obesity.3.Yishen Jianpi Huashi Decoction can improve insulin resistance in MS patients with early kidney damage due to Spleen-Kidney Deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome.4.Yishen Jianpi Huashi Prescription can effectively improve ACR,AIM,TRU,MA,IGU and other early renal damage indicators in MS patients with Spleen-Kidney Deficiency and phlegm-dampness syndrome,which indicates that Yishen Jianpi Huashi Prescription can prevent and treat early renal damage in MS patients.
