The Clinical Research Of Treating Type Ⅲ Chronic Prostatitis By Soothing The Liver And Relieving Stranguria

Objective:Investigating the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Soothing the Liver and Relieving Stranguria(SLRS)through the therapeutic effect observation of treating the type Ⅲchronic prostatitis,provide treatment thoughts and clinical experience for TCM treatment of type chronic prostatitis.ⅢMethods :The patients of type III chronic prostatitis are divided into research group and control group randomly as the rate of 1:1.The research group is used with SLRS and control group with pure western medicine,continuous treatment group 1 month.After 1 month of treatment evaluation group total effective rate,the NIH-CPSI score improvement to improve the situation,Chinese medicine symptom integral,prostate fluid leukocyte count,maximum urinary flow rate.Results:In the research group,the total effective rate is 91.2%;in the control group,the total effective rate is 61.8%,comparing the two groups is statistically significant difference(p < 0.05);The NIH-CPSI score and TCM symptoms integral improved than before between two groups(p < 0.01;p < 0.05),The research group improves better than control group in the NIH-CPSI score and TCM symptoms integral(p < 0.05);The maximum urinary flow rate are higher than before between two groups(p < 0.05),but is similar between the two groups had no statistical significance(p > 0.05);The research group of prostatic fluid leukocyte number significantly lower than before treatment(p < 0.05),the control group of prostatic fluid leukocyte number no decrease than before treatment(p > 0.05).Conclusion:The SLRS method gains the desired effect in the treatment of type III chronic prostatitis.It is differences significantly that compares with pure western medicine treatment and is worth to spread clinically.
