Data Mining Of Antiviral Classic Formulas On Traditional Chinese Medicine And The Preliminary Construction Of Its Information Platform

Object:Under the guidance of TCM theory and evidence based medicine,combined with the mathematical statistics method,computer database technology,We collected the ancient and modern experience and clinical data of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of viral diseases,find the rule of antiviral prescription,realize the optimization and find new prescription.To construct the platform of information and database of Chinese medicine,and to provide important data support for the research and development of new antiviral drugs.Methods:Construct the background database of antiviral classical prescription information,Excavate the potential prescription law by frequency statistics,association rule,clustering using complex system entropy of TCMISS,analyze their prescription drug law and found the new prescription.On the basis of the above research,the Java language is used to build the TCM prescription management system based on B/S.Results:(1)There are 11620 prescriptions in the original database,3320 prescriptions are entered in TCMISS;(2)based on the analysis of the association rules,under the condition of(support number 280,0.6 confidence level),selected clinica commonl drug combinations containing 20 drugs.;(3)14 drug core combinations and 7 new alternative prescriptions were found based on complex system entropy clustering;(4)the prescription rules containing honeysuckle,forsythia,bupleurum and other drugs were obtained;(5)The traditional Chinese medicine prescription management system can achieve the functions of adding,deleting,modifying,searching and so on.Conclusion:We found the core drug combinations of traditional Chinese medicine prescription antiviral drug mainly using antipyretic,tonic,diaphoretic,The core drug combination is consistent with the modern Chinese medicine on the pathogenesis of viral diseases,It reveals the principle of combination of antiviral medication rules.Traditional Chinese medicine prescription management system has a friendly interface and convenient operation,which is beneficial to the management of Chinese medicine anti viral prescription.
