Objectives"PeiTuShengJin" method is very important in treating asthmai. This study applies the method of literature research and data mining, and application of the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform, to sum up the core prescription of the "PeiTuShengJin" method to treat asthma in the ancient and modern physicians, and to take advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, preferably to guide clinical practice.Methods1.First, through the previous work, this thesis obtained the ancient name of "bronchial asthma", (To retrieve relevant literature through Chinese HowNet, Wan Fang medical network, PUBMED, VIP medical information system to retrieve relevant documents) (1)The originals acquisition approach:use of retrieval type:title or keywords=Asthma+ asthma or PeiTuShengJin+ invigorating the spleen+document research+ data mining+ Meta-analysis and major=medicine and health, searching the above electronic periodical full text database in above. (2)Getting key words by reading the related literature and looking up the books related to asthma in The library of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.2. The ancient literature research is to search the determined term in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Fifth Edition), and the modern literature research is first to research the related articles of bronchial asthma in Chinese database (Chinese HowNet, Wan Fang medical network, VIP database, Chinese medicine core periodical database), then to select the resulting articles according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria one by one, in order to input the relevant information to the Excel table.3. Researching the information of the Excel table one by one again, put the related information in accordance with the conditions in "the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform", use systematic mining method, the drug law by analysing the method of archaic applying "PeiTuShengJin" to treat asthma, such as the common Medicine, the core of Medicine, and expect to get a core Decoction in the treatment of asthma for further study.Results1. Using the prescription statistics columns of the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform, and respectively inputting "asthma" in "Western medicine disease" and "Chinese medicine disease" program, leaving the others systematically default,221 prescriptions with 175 kinds of traditional Chinese Medicine are sorted out.2. The highest frequency drug is poria in the "PeiTuShengJin" method to treat asthma, in addition, atractylodes, zhigancao, tangerine peel, pinellia tuber, Schisandra, ginseng, Chinese yam, Alisma, almonds are also commonly used drugs.3. Using the prescription composition rules in the prescription analysis, setting support number is 44, support is 20%, confidence is 0.6, then, inquiring about 21 data, with 7 kinds of traditional Chinese Medicine, and consisting of 51 rules in them.4. Using the new prescription analysis section in the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform, setting the correlation degree is 9, the punishment degree 2,then conducting cluster analysis, obtaining 11 core drug combination.ConelusionThe subject discusses the "PeiTuShengJin" method to treat asthma cases in the ancient and modern physicians systematically. Through systematic research the following drug law of the "PeiTuShengJin" method to treat asthma from ancient and modern medicine:firstly, Invigorating qi and strengthening the spleen, on the one hand, combining the characteristics of spleen which like dry and evil wet, payying attention to the compatibility of medicines of Poria, Atractylodes; on the other hand, and the spleen is in charge of ascending the clear, attention to the application of Sun Qi drugs, such as Astragalus membranaceus;secondly, depressing qi, resolving sputum and relieving asthma, the using of Pinellia ternate and Almond, while do not forget the using of stone drugs, such as bryozoatum and amethyst; And sputum is the evil of Yinhan, so attentions are paid to the using of the drugs with the characteristic of WenYun, such as cassia, ginger. However, because the ancient medical records has a long history, many prescription dosages and physicians prescribing medication intention has no proofreading, syndrome, symptoms, tongue and pulse are incomplete, therefore, the final drugs the new prescription are still with some limitationswith the analysis of the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform, needs to be further clinical.
