The Efficacy Of The Treatment Of Female Delayed Acne With The Type Of Stagnation Of Liver-qi And Asthenia Kidney Yin By Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Pressing Beans At Points And Fire Needle

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy on treatment of female delayed acne with the type of stagnation of liver-qi and asthenia kidney yin by traditional Chinese medicine combined with pressing beans at points and fire needle.Methods:The 80 cases was divided into two groups random,treatment group of 40 persons by traditional Chinese medicine combined with Pressing beans at points and fire needle,as compared with tan capsules group of 40 persons by Tanshinone capsule.Both groups were also topical Clindamycin gel.The two groups were observed for 4 weeks,and see the doctor every 1 weeks.The clinical efficacy was compared before and after treatment the fraction of the skin lesion and systemic.Results: After treatment,the treatment group healed rate is 56.67%,the total effectiverate is 93.33%,better than the control group healed rate is 26.67%,the total effective rate is 70.00%.After treatment the fraction of the skin lesion and systemic was decreased,but the treatment group had a obvious decline.The difference was statistica significant.Conclusion: The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with pressing beans at points and fire needle has the exact efficacy and few side effects,which is a treatment worthy of popularizing.The mechanism maybe effect of zang-fu function,improve emotion of stress、anxiety and so on.Effect of systemic Hormone level and endocrine changes,Anti-Inflammatory,Antibacterial.
