Objectives: As an important source of work pressure with rural doctors,working for the villagers to bring a sense of professional sense of belonging and honor the acquisition,the role of stress has some harm not only to their physical and mental health,but also to their career growth.In order to broaden the prospects of career growth with rural doctors in Gansu Province,and promote them provide medical services more initiative and better for the people.It is urgent to come up with new ideas and new methods which can promote rural doctors management innovation.The psychological capital,as an intrinsic positive mental state,has important influence on easing the pressure and promoting career growth.Therefore,this paper studies the role pressure and career growth of 1061 rural doctors,and aim at the differences in demographic variables and the correlation between the two in Gansu Province.On the basis of this,it adjusts the correlation between role stress and career growth by using psychological capital,so as to improve the management of rural doctors to provide advice in Gansu Province.Methods: In this study,1061 rural doctors in Lanzhou City,Wuwei City,Longnan City,and Dingxi City in Gansu Province were selected as samples by using questionnaire survey to obtain the research data.The data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 and AMOS17.0 software.Using descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,independent sample T test,Single factor variance analysis in different demographic data on the role of rural doctors pressure,career growth and mental capital those 3 dimensions of have significant differences or not.Using pearson correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation model to explore the role of rural doctors pressure and career growth the correlation between psychological capital and the regulatory role of the two.Results:(1)There were partial significant differences in role pressure of rural doctors in Gansu Province in gender,age,marital status,academic record,length of service,practice qualification,employment form and salary,but it shows no significant difference obviously between professional titles and professional subjects difference.(2)The career growth of rural doctors in Gansu Province has partial significant differences in gender,age,educational background,professional titles,professional qualifications,employment forms,wages,but it shows no significant difference in marital status and length of service.(3)The mental capital of rural doctors in Gansu province has partial significant differences in marital status,educational background,professional title,length of service and major,but it shows no significant difference in gender,age,qualification,employment and salary.(4)There is a negative correlation between the role pressure of rural doctors and their professional growth in Gansu Province(P<0.05,r=-0.235),and the regression equation of role pressure(X)to career growth(Y)is Y =-0.518X2 + 3.022X-0.948(5)There is a positive correlation between the psychological capital of rural doctors in Gansu Province and their professional growth(P<0.05,r=0.529),the regression equation of psychological capital(X)to career growth(Y)is Y = 0.704 X + 0.527(6)The path coefficient of rural physicians' psychological capital multiplied by the standardized role pressure was-0.4 when the mean value of the role pressure is greater than 2.92.If it is less than 2.92,the path coefficient of the rural physician's psychological capital multiplied by the role pressure after standardization is-0.02,Psychological capital played a negative and mitigating role in the correlation between role pressure and career growth.Conclusions:(1)The role pressure,career growth and psychological capital of rural doctors have partial significant differences in their demographic variables in Gansu province.(2)The role of rural doctors in the middle of the pressure level,the quantitative role overload is in highest level and the role ambiguity is minimum in Gansu Province.The career growth of rural doctors is also at a high level,but there is still room for improvement,and the progress of career goals and the development of professional ability are at a high level while promotion and pay growth are at a low level.The psychological capital of rural doctors is still in the middle level,the village doctors on self-efficacy of the highest degree of recognition.(3)There was a significant negative correlation between the role pressure and career growth of village doctors in Gansu province.The relationship between role pressure and career growth was similar to "U" curve.When the role pressure was less than 2.92,moderate role pressure Promote the career growth of rural doctors,and when the role of pressure is greater than 2.92,the role of pressure began to inhibit the growth of rural doctors' career.(4)There is a positive correlation between the psychological capital of rural doctors and their professional growth in Gansu Province.The better the psychological capital,the rural doctors can get the better career growth.(5)Psychological capital of rural doctors plays a negative role in adjusting the relationship between role pressure and career growth in Gansu Province.
