Study On The Development Strategy Of Medical Equipment Financial Leasing

The shortage of health funds restricts the hospital to buy advanced medical equipment at present and not conducive for the long-term development of hospital.Most of hospitals built in 50~60 s of the 20 th century need to reconstruction due to lack of advanced medical equipment and age old.The hospital need diversified financing ways to satisfy the capital requirements because of lacking funds.Financial leasing is get the favor of medical institutions as a new financing way,it can help broaden the financing channels of medical institutions and effectively ease the pressure of fund shortage.There are several problems restricted the development of financial leasing in our country now,such as legal system is not sound,lack of professional people,second-hand market about medical equipment is immature and so on.This paper also analyzes the theory related to financial leasing,the current development situation and add the actual financial leasing project and put forward some suggestions to promote the development of medical equipment financial leasing in our country.First,this paper discussed the theory related to medical equipment financial leasing,introduced the definition of medical equipment financial leasing,operating process,business forms,characteristics and advantages;Secondly,this paper analyzed the current development situation and the factors which restrict the development of the medical equipment financial leasing in our country;then,this article analyzed the actual medical equipment financial leasing project;Finally,this paper proposed some countermeasures on the basis of above analysis to promote the development of medical equipment financial leasing in our country.
