Research On Risk Management Of Medical Finance Leasing

In recent years,hospitals have been bidding for financial leasing companies in the market,which not only requires financial leasing companies to assume the functions of providing financial leasing services,but also replace medical equipment suppliers to supply equipment directly to hospitals.In this business model,the financial leasing company not only has to bear the risk of hospital repayment ability and repayment willingness,but also bears the risks of equipment delivery,equipment maintenance,and transaction compliance.Although the model business is rarely seen in the market at present,with the hospital strictly controlling equipment procurement costs and financing lease costs,the business model for bidding by financial leasing companies will be adopted by more and more hospitals.Studying the risk management of this model business is the key to financing leasing companies to win business and control risks.This paper takes the SD hospital’s bidding for the financial leasing company as an example to analyze how the LH financial leasing company analyzes the risk characteristics of business operation risk,credit risk,interest rate risk,transaction compliance risk and equipment damage according to the risk characteristics of the business model.Take risk management measures to reduce the possibility of risk occurrence and the possible loss of risk.Innovate the transaction structure based on risk management measures.Basedon the implementation of the project,the risk management effect is evaluated,and the risk management improvement opinions are proposed for the problems existing during the lease period.I hope that through the research in this paper,we can provide reference for risk management and transaction structure construction for future projects of this type of special transaction structure,and control risks and win business opportunities.
