Objective:To investigate the incidence and analyze related risk factors of comorbidities of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:Adopt an open,continuous,non-selective research, from December 2015 to July 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital, collect 493 patients with COPD treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical College, record history, physical examination and related auxiliary examination, fill in the information registration form in detail.Add up the distribution of comorbidities and analyze the related risk factors by multivariable Logistic regression. Results : Among 493 patients,330 males and 163 females were included, their average age was 75.4±8.2.The distribution of comorbidities from high to low was: 244 cases of hypertensive disease(49.5%),228 cases of tuberculosis(46.2%),226 cases of coronary heart disease(45.8%),92 cases of diabetes(18.7%),58 cases of heart failure(15.4%),36 cases of atrial fibrillation(7.3%)and 29 cases of lung cancer(5.9%).The incidence of COPD patients with hypertensive disease in male and female groups was 46.1% and 56.4%(P=0.030),The incidence of COPD patients with chronic heart failure in male and female groups was 9.7% and 16.0%(P=0.043).Lacking of exercise(OR=1.956,P=0.024)and diabetes(OR=2.335,P=0.045)were risk factors of COPD with cardiovascular disease.Systemic use of glucocorticoids(OR=2.916,P=0.003)was risk factor of COPD with diabetes.History of occupational dust exposure(OR=2.198,P=0.001)and systemic use of glucocorticoids(OR=1.916,P=0.036)were risk factors of COPD with tuberculosis. Conclusion:The type of comorbidities varied in different people. This research re flected the distribution of comorbidities roughly. It may help clinicians comprehend that COPD is a complex systemic disease. It will also benefit to the treatment and prognosis of the disease. The analysis of risk factors will help clinical doctors intervene these comorbidities accurately.Clinical doctors may pay more attention to the prevention of comorbidities and strengthen the education for the patients.
