| The Acupuncture & Moxibustion originated in ancient China,it is a means of diseases treatment unique in our country.It treats internal diseases from outside.By unblocking meridians and adjusting Qi and blood,it balance Yin and Yang,reconcile viscera function and finally achieve the purpose of prevention and treatment of diseases.Electro-acupuncture therapy is a diseases-treating method which applies a bioelectricity-like small electric current on human body meridian point by means of acupuncture needle.The intensity of current,frequency of pulse and duration of time can be adjusted according to the patient’s situation so the therapeutic effect of acupuncture can be strengthened,it replaced manual manipulation of acupuncture needle and the needle feeling can be retained.In this paper,we expounded an auxiliary therapeutic apparatus of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture which was designed to assist clinical acupuncture treatment.With advanced touch-screen tablet computer as well as Special microprocessor and signal processing circuit,the therapeutic apparatus has a lot of advantages such as good curative effect,innovative treatment model,friendly user interface as well as abundant information management.Through clinical research of stimulus signal,software implementation of various treatment methods,and development of management system of treatment information,we aim at developing an auxiliary therapeutic apparatus that used for Clinical acupuncture treatment,and to put it into industrialization.The success of this project,will greatly promote the electronization and informatization of acupuncture and moxibustion of Chinese medicine,and will provide advanced equipment support for the popularization and development of acupuncture and moxibustion.This thesis is mainly composed of five parts: 1)we talked about the origin of the acupuncture and moxibustion,analyzed its clinical significance and its influence in the world,pointed out the existing problems to popularize it worldwide and elaborate the goal and meaning of our research.2)we elaborated the physiological function and therapeutical effect of low frequency pulse current from many aspects,researched the signal which has needle feeling curative effect,comprehensively analyzed the waveform,frequency and pulse width of the signal,and finally determined the performance index parameter of the therapeutic apparatus.3)we detailedly introduced the system composition and hardware circuit,including system design,signal processing circuit and output control circuit etc.4)we introduced the software design of the system and its realization.The software used modular design.in this part,we mainly talked about the stimulus signal generating module,the realization of different treatment mode and development of management system of treatment information.5)in order to confirm whether the therapeutic apparatus meet our expectation,we did a lot of clinic test on it.According to the test result,we can see that the treatment effect of the therapeutic apparatus is distinct,the therapeutic apparatus basically has our intended application. |
