| Objective:Gastrointestinal dysfunction of gastric cancer operative patients, leading to psychological and physiological severe disfunction, prolong the total hospitalstay and hospitalization costs, and chemotherapy treatment delay caused by the adverse effects on the prognosis of gastric cancer. The purpose of this study was to compare change degree of residual stomach acid and gastrin in patients with gastric cancer before and after operation,to observe the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with different level and whether there is correlation,to provide reference for the evaluation of recovery of gastrointestinal function.Methods:1.The clinical data of the 82 patients with the pathology, clinical stage I B to stage IV gastric cance from may 2014 to September 2016 collected in our hospital, all cases underwent gastric cancer radical operation.2.Using radioimmunoassay method to detect gastric cancer patients, preoperative and postoperative 1,7 days abdominal serum gastrin level; Before and after operation in the 1,3,5,7 days nasogastric tube drainage remnant stomach pH change.3.Recorded operative time, blood loss, extubation time, anal exhaust time, eating time, postoperative hospitalization time and total hospitalization time. After 5 days off gastrointestinal decompression, reserved jejunal feeding tube,7 days in independent eating liquid diet without any symptoms,we selected as control group.Abdominal distension, not timely eating water or after eating nausea, vomiting and other symptoms,12 hours can not be restored to continue eating water for the observation group.4,The measurement data was analyzed by T test, count data was analyzed by chi square test,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.We compared the operation time, blood loss, anal exhaust time, ambulation time, gastric tube withdrawal time, drainage tube extraction time, postoperative hospitalization time was(2.92 + 0.3)h,(453.1 + 131.9)ml,(42.18 + 15.62)(H).4.52 + 0.70)d,(5.82 + 0.81)d,(12.82 + 0.81)d,the control group respectively((3.08 + 0.55)h,(542.8 + 75.6)ml,(74.26 + 11.53)h,(4.54 + 0.51)d,(5.87 + 0.66 d),(14.08 + 0.84)d,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The changes of serum gastrin in patients with gastric cancer before and after operation showed V shape. The results showed that the expression of was significantly lower than that before operation on thecreased slightly at the end of the 1 week after operation. The value of PH in patients with distal gastric cancer was significantly higher than that in the first day after operation, and gradually increased to the level before surgery, and there was no significant difference between the two groups.3.The postoperative gastric acid pH value of gastric cancer patients was significantly higher than that before the operation and datients with proximal gastric cancer. Conclusion:There was no correlation between the recovery of gastrointestinal function and the serum gastrin in patients with gastric cancer, and there was a certain correlation with the level of gastric acid PH. |
