Body weight support lower limb treadmill training is an effective exercise rehabilitation method of spinal cord injury,stroke,brain trauma and other central nervous system disease,airbag type also is a Simple operation,high comfortable model and a high application value in the area of body weight support rehabilitation training.Base on the subsidize of the CNPQ’s funds,the article design a multifunctional rehabilitation training evaluation system which can proceed lower limb function training and assessment below pressure body weight.Verify the structure design through theoretical calculation,simulation and analysis with the machine.And finish the prototype manufacture and primary experiment with this basis.The mainly content:chapter one brief introduce the background and research significance,summarize the research status and gait training method of lower limb rehabilitation robot in domestic and overseas.Chapter two summarize the definition and function about the mechanical structure of airbag type body weight support treadmill rehabilitation training system.Chapter three establish the mathematical rectangular coordinate system about human training,and use Lagrange to determine the ankle,knee and hip joint torque in the training process;establish the mathematical model with time,pressure and other parameters in airbag inflation process;Chapter four establish the three-dimensional internal model to simulate pressure,air flow velocity and other parameters inside the airbag with Fluent.Chapter five establish the mechanical model when patients’ feet contact the walker in the training process,and analysis the reasonability of walker design and material selection by finite element method.Chapter six perform an initial experiment base on the initial design and machine of prototype,and observe the relationship about reducing weight,airbag internal pressure,residual weight in different weight of trainer and time.Finally,chapter seven introduce the research result and innovation point and put forward the prospect about this paper.Finish work:Put forward and realized the body weight support structure of double airbags,meanwhile,and set up the simulation model about airbag,walker,and compare the results with theoretical analysis.The preliminary experiments can be found that the equipment can achieve the max weight loss percent and the reliability of the sports training.Put forward and realized the kinematics and dynamics modeling and numerical simulation in human training,and the calculate method with ankle,knee,hip joint torque and other parameters. |
