Objective: To explore the effects of music and beat combined with Body Weight Support Treadmill Training on walking ability of hemiplegic patients,To observe and compare the walking and balance ability of hemiplegic patients after stroke with the training of Body Weight Support Treadmill Training in two situations: listening to music and listening to beat.The supporting phase time,walking speed,foot angle and balance of hemiplegic patients compared before and after the test.So as to provide some ideas for the subsequent comparative clinical research.Methods: 45 patients were randomly selected.The patients were divided into music group,rhythm group and control group,15 patients in each group.The music group was given routine rehabilitation training to listen to music during Body Weight Support Treadmill Training.The rhythm group was given routine rehabilitation training to listen to rhythm during Body Weight Support Treadmill Training,while the control group was given routine rehabilitation training to Body Weight Support Treadmill Training.Before and after training,the foot pressure analysis was used to measure the bilateral foot angle,bilateral support phase time,walking speed,ten meters walking time,and the balance function score(BBS)was carried out.The above data of each group were taken as the average of the multi-group measurements.Results: There was significant difference in the time ratio of the affected side support(P<0.05)between the three groups after training,among which the analysis showed that there was significant difference in the relative value of the affected side support between the music group and the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the results of the relative value of the affected side support between the music group and the beat group,the beat group and the control group.The above data were compared after the difference between the ten-meter walk time before and after the difference There were no statistical differences between the groups before and after walking speed and Berg score(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences between the affected side and the healthy side before and after foot angle,the affected side support before and after difference,and the difference before and after foot angle ratio(P>0.05).The results showed that the difference between the music group and the control group before and after walking time,the difference between walking speed and Berg score was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the beat group and the control group was statistically significant(0.05).Comparison of support between music group and beat group Before and after ten meters walkingtime difference,walking speed before and after difference,Berg score before and after difference,foot angle difference,foot angle ratio difference between no significant statistical difference.Conclusion:Listening to music during Body Weight Support Treadmill Training can significantly improve the ratio of supporting phase time of hemiplegic patients after stroke.Compared with the control group,listening to music during Body Weight Support Treadmill Training was more effective in improving walking time,walking speed and Berg score of hemiplegic patients.The speed of walking of hemiplegic patients after stroke could be improved more by listening to the beat in the training of Body Weight Support Treadmill Training than that of control group.During training,there was no significant difference between listening to music and listening to beat in improving walking time,walking speed and Berg score of hemiplegic patients.
