Breast cancer is one of the common female malignant tumors. The basic treatment for breast cancer patients is surgery. The breast cancer patient’s axillary lymphatic reflux and blood are affected after surgery. That is why promoting limb function recovery and preventing lymphatic edema is important for breast cancer patients.Rehabilitation of limb function is a long and hard task.Breast cancer patients with early limb functional exercise is only to achieve limb recovery stage. The patients after discharge(chemotherapy intermittent period)need to insist to take exercise in their work and life. However, due to different factors, the patient’s limb functional exercise is difficult to follow the medical staff requirements.Breast cancer patients with lower limb functional exercise compliance will affect their postoperative limb function recovery and increase the incidence of postoperative. So it is significant to improve the compliance of postoperative exercise in breast cancer patients. In recent years, continuous care is widely used in clinical care.It also achieved some results. This study will use the continuous care’s nursing model to improve breast cancer patients’ compliance of limb functional exercise. Objective: In this study, two different nursing models were performed on the functional exercise of patients with breast cancer after operation. We observed the effect of two different nursing models on rehabilitation of limb function. We also explored the effect of continuous care on improving the compliance of patients after discharge(functional intermittent period)and we also sought the best nursing model to promote the rehabilitation of patients’ limb function. Methods: We randomly divided 92 patients into control group(46 cases)and intervention group(46 cases). At the end of the study,80 patients were enrolled. The control group was 42.The intervention group was 38.There was no significant difference in age, marital status, educational level, place of residence and cancer staging between the two groups(P>0.05).The patients in two groups were given routine nursing care, while the patients in intervention group were given continuous care for 3 months. All of the breast cancer patients’ shoulder joint angle was measured at 10 days,1 month,2months and 3 months after operation. After 3 months, the postoperative functional compliance scale of breast cancer was issued. The statistical analysis of the obtained data was carried out by SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results:1 There was no significant difference in the degree of shoulder joint activity between the intervention group and the control group(P>0.05);The degree of shoulder movement was significantly better in the intervention group than in the control group at 1 month,2 months and 3 months(P<0.05).2 There was significant difference between the intervention group and the control group in the adherence(functional exercise compliance, physical exercise compliance, take the initiative to seek recommendations compliance)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the postoperative attention compliance between the intervention group and the control group(p>0.05).Conclusion: The transitional care can significantly improve the shoulder joint mobility and the adherence of limb functional exercise in the postoperative patients with breast cancer.
