Clinical Comparison Of Traditional Tonsillectomy And Bipolar Electrocoagulation In Children With Palatine Tonsil

Objective To compare the difference of the traditional tonsil decollement with bipolar electric coagulation forceps tonsils removed operation in operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative membrane shedding time.Methods Selection of 37 cases of pediatric osahs patients caused by chronic tonsillitis in July 2015 to December 2016 of Qing Hai university hospital otolaryngology department,and be prepared to palatine tonsil resection in hospital.Each children are randomly selected from a side line of traditional decollement,adopts the traditional stripping child and snare complete tonsils removed;On the other side,bipolar electrocoagulation is performed to remove the tonsils.According to the different surgical methods,they are divided into the traditional group and the electrocoagulation group.Observe and record two operation to remove tonsil operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative pseudomembrane shedding time,performe statistical analysis and draw the conclusion.Results The following results are obtained by the comparison of the two methods:The operation time of the traditional group is 10.5±1.5min,and the operation time of electrocoagulation group is 7.7±1.6min,and the operation time of electrocoagulation group is shorter than that of the conventional group;Traditional group is 13.4±2.2ml of blood loss,perioperative blood loss is 7.4±1.6ml in electric coagulation group,electric coagulation perioperative blood loss is less than traditional group;The traditional group of postoperative pseudomembrane shedding time is 11.1±1.5d,the electric coagulation group of postoperative pseudomembrane shedding time is 13.5±1.5d,the electric coagulation group postoperative pseudomembrane shedding time is longer than the traditional group.In Two kinds of surgical operation Three indicators of time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative pseudomembrane shedding time has statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion The operation time of bipolar electric coagulation to remove tonsil is short,the amount of blood loss is less,electrocoagulation is dominant;The traditional group of postoperative pseudomembrane shedding time is short,wound healing is fast,The Traditional decollement is dominant.
