Objective To investigate the influences of Narrow-band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB)on the levels of fibrinolysin and CC chemokine ligand 20(CCL20)in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris;To study the roles of fibrinolysin and CCL 20 in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Methods 60 cases of patients with acute psoriasis vulgaris as the treatment group were exposed to NB-UVB irradiation,3 times per week for 8 weeks.While 50 cases of healthy people as a control group.ELISA was performed to detect the expression of fibrinolysin and CCL20 in peripheral blood of the treatment group before and after irradiation and also the control group.Results The Psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)of 60 cases of patients with acute psoriasis vulgaris after NB-UVB irradiation was lower than that before NB-UVB irradiation(2.54 ± 1.64 vs.10.26 ± 3.14,t = 17.40,P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically.The effective rate of NB-UVB irradiation reached to 87%(52/60).The level of fibrinolysin in the untreated patients was significantly higher than that in the healthy controls(180.07 ± 40.62 vs.76.30 ± 26.92,t =15.45,P<0.05).The level of fibrinolysin in the patients after NB-UVB irradiation was significantly lower than that in the patients in acute stage(148.22 ± 40.05 vs.180.07 ± 40.62,t=4.97,P<0.05),but higher than that in the healthy controls(148.22 ± 40.05 vs.76.30 ± 26.92,t=10.82,P<0.05).Similarly,The level of CCL20 in the untreated patients was significantly higher than that in the healthy controls(422.41 ± 129.87 vs.205.33 ± 49.89,t =11.15,P<0.05).The level of CCL20 was significantly decreased in the patients after NB-UVB irradiation compared with the untreated patients(329.67 ± 100.73 vs.422.41 ± 129.87,t=6.44,P<0.05),and increased compared with the healthy controls(329.67 ± 100.73 vs.205.33 ± 49.89,t=7.95,P<0.05).The levels of fibrinolysin and CCL20 in peripheral blood of untreated patients with psoriasis vulgaris were positively correlated with the PASI.The level of fibrinolysin i n peripheral blood of untreated patients with acute psoriasis vulgaris was also positively correlated with the content of CCL20.Conclusions NB-UVB irradiation can reduce the levels of fibrinolysin and CCL20 in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Fibrinolysin and CCL20 in peripheral blood play roles of Pro-inflammatory in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.Significance In this experiment,acute psoriasis vulgaris as the treatment group were exposed to NB-UVB irradiation,and ELISA was performed to detect the expression of fibrinolysin and CCL20 in peripheral blood of the treatment group before and after irradiation and also the control group.We discussed the roles of fibrinolysin and CCL20 in the pathogenesis of psoriasis preliminary,expecting to provide new ideas for the future treatment of psoriasis.
