Objective:Nephrotic syndrome is a common pediatric kidney disease, the incidence rate is second only to acute nephritis,in addition to the kidney itself the disease, hyperlipidemia can also lead to cardiovascular complications. In this paper, through a retrospective study of some patients in our hospital,to observe the changes of serum bilirubin in children with primary nephrotic syndrome, and to analyze the relationship between serum bilirubin and abnormal blood lipid and urine protein,so as to find the early damage of heart and kidney, and to prevent and treat it in advance.Method:Clinical date of 49 patients with PNS diagnosed in Pediatric First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from September 2008 to April 2016 were collected and as nephropathy group,30 cases of acute glomerulonephritis in children as the control group; The data collected includes the serum levels of total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),indirect bilirubin(IBIL),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),serum albumin(ALB)and 24 h urine proteinquantitation(24h Upr);analysis of the difference of the two groups and the relationship of bilirubin bilirubin and blood lipid,24 h urine protein quantitative application of SPSS17.0 software.Result:(1)The serum TBIL and IBIL in the NS group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05). serum DBIL compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant.(2)Children with nephrotic group according to normal and dyslipidemia were divided into two groups(TC and TG two were in the normal range for normal lipid group),were compared between the two groups of bilirubin, high blood lipids TBIL group were lower than the normal lipid group, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups of bilirubin(P< 0.05).there was no correlation between serum lipids and bilirubin.(3)There was no correlation between TBIL and 24 h Upr(normal and abnormal blood lipid)and normal blood lipid group(P>0.01;r=-0.517)in the nephropathy group, and the abnormal blood lipid group(P<0.01;r=-0.562)was negatively correlated.Conclusion:(1)The level of bilirubin in children with NS was lower than that in control group.(2)Analysis of the causes of nephropathy group bilirubin,NS patients in normal and dyslipidemia group, bilirubin higher than normal lipid group dyslipidemia group involved in lipid metabolism, bilirubin, bilirubin may provide a new way for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular complications in children with NS.(3)TBIL was correlated with 24 h Upr in the nephrotic group(dyslipidemia group),and there was no negative correlation between serum lipids and bilirubin, suggesting that serum bilirubin may be associated with a large number of proteinuria resulting in the loss of bilirubin.
