| Objective To observe improvement of stomach three stitches combined Pingwei Powder on the gastrointestinal reaction after chemotherapy and determine the clinical curative effect of stomach three stitches combined Pingwei Powder which effects on serum levels of motilin(MTL)and substance p in patients with tumor treated with chemotherapy were observed to clear the correlation mechanism.Methods 80 cases of inpatients and outpatients diagnosed with cancer in the third cycle of chemotherapy in March 2015 to May 2016 were selected,all these cases were up to the inclusion criteria.With the method of random grouping,all the patients were divided into observation group and control group(n = 40).The observation group were treated with stomach three stitches combined Pingwei Powder for 7 days to anti-nausea and the control group were given gamla SiQiong static drop to anti-nausea;To observe change of vomiting integral with 1,3,7 days after treatment,functional status(KPS),quality of life(QOL),and physical status(PS)score before and after treatment in each group,to evaluate its security indicators as well.Serum levels of MTL and substance p in two groups were compared after 7days treatment by ELISA method.Results Reduced vomiting integral in control group on the 1 day after treatment was more than the observation group,and less than the obsevation group on the 3,7 days.Vomiting integral significantly reduced after treatment than before treatment in each group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,vomiting integral markedly reduced in the observation group(P<0.05).Total effective rate in the observatiotion group was 94.28% and81.81% in the control group,as a result,curative effect of observation group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Biochemical quality grading of cancer,KPS,QOL score in each group after treatment increased markedly than before treatment(P<0.05);PS physical condition in observation group and control group after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Serum levels of MTL in two groups increased significantly after 7 days treatment than before treatment,differences of serum levels of MTL after treatment in two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);Serum levels of substance P reduced in the observation group after treatment while keeped a similar level in the control group(P>0.05),and differrences of serum levels of substance P after treatment in two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion 1.Incidence rate of vomiting in patients treated with chemotherapy can be decreased by stomach three stitches combined Pingwei Powder.2.Nausea and gastrointestinal symptoms such as constipation,abdominal distention,diarrhea and quality of life in patients with tumer after chemotherapy can be improved by stomach three stitches combined Pingwei Powder.3.Stomach three stitches combined Pingwei Powder is a therapeutic of safety,reliable,and no obvious adverse.4.The possible mechanism of reduced vomiting effect of stomach three stitches combined Pingwei Powder may be related to reducing the substance p and increasing the serum levels of MTL after chemotherapy. |
