Objective: This topic through “drop in Ann inverse stick” effect on gastrointestinal reaction induced by DDP chemotherapy intervention,to look forward to relieve patients of gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea,vomiting,tolerance whether to raise for DDP chemotherapy patients,observe,whether to increase the completion routine chemotherapy in patients with compliance is improved.Methods: According to the criteria,60 patients with esophageal cancer,gastric cancer and lung cancer who received DDP chemotherapy in the oncology department of Wuhu hospital of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated to Anhui university of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 patients in each group,and their gender,age and KFS scores were recorded.Control group: western medicine was used only: azasetron hydrochloride sodium chloride injection of 100 ml was given intravenous drip 30 minutes before chemotherapy,once a day;until one day after the end of the chemotherapy cycle.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group added acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine: “an zhong jiang inverse paste” was applied to the five acupoints of zusanli,neiguan,zhongyuan,shenque and gongsun selected by the patients,when applying sterile application should be used to fix the drug.Each application should be applied for 5-6 hours starting 30 minutes before chemotherapy,apply once a day.Until one day after the end of the chemotherapy cycle.The occurrence and grade of nausea and vomiting in the two groups after treatment were observed and recorded,and the completion of foot chemotherapy in the two groups was recorded to understand the compliance of the patients with chemotherapy.Results: During chemotherapy,on the basis of conventional antiemetic drugs,“an zhong jiang ni tie” acupuncture point application can relieve nausea and vomiting drugs,improve patients,quality of life and compliance with chemotherapy.Conclusion: For the chemotherapy regimens containing DDP,a certain degree of nausea and vomiting will occur in the treatment process,so that the patients,compliance and quality of life are reduced.However,acupoint application on the basis of conventional antiemetic drugs can improve such clinical symptoms and relieve the patients,pain.As a traditional surgical treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine,DDP application has no obvious side effects and trauma,and is economical and suitable,which is worth promoting.
