Objective:To explore the risk factors and characteristics of coronary artery angiography of young patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Provide the reference about the treatment and prevention for the young patients with AMI.Methods:A total of 162 cases was collected from cardiovascular disease hospital in Shanxi Provice from January 2014 to October 2016.All patients were performed coronary angiography examination,142 were men,20 cases were women.Patients≤45 years of age(young,n = 62)was diagnosed with AMI,average age was(38.21±5.11);patients≥60 years of age(old,n = 62)was diagnosed with AMI,average age was(69.48±6.11);patients≤45years of age(young,n = 38)without coronary heart disease(CHD)which was excluded from AMI diagnosis and coronary artery angiography revealed conronary stenosis less than 50%,average age was(40.66±3.29).Make the young AMI group compared with the old AMI group and the young patients without CHD respectively, analyzing the risk factors and characteristics of coronary artery of young patients with AMI.Results:1.The young AMI group had a significantly higher proportion of males, smokers, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, triglyceride, uric acid than old AMI group(P<0.05).In the aspects of previous angina pectoris, fasting blood glucose, old AMI group was more higher than young AMI group(P<0.05).2.Compared with the patients without CHD,the young AMI group had a higher proportion of smokers, low density lipoprotein, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose(P<0.05).The two groups was assessed by a logistic regression analysis. The analysisrevealed that high fasting blood glucose and triglyceride were the independent risk factors for young AMI patient.3.The coronary angiography results of the young AMI group and the old AMI group were as follows:left anterior descending(64.5%VS46.8%,P<0.05).The percentages of the culprit vessels were left anterior descending>right coronary artery>left circumflex. There were significant differences of the single vessel disease(50.0%VS27.4%)and double vessels disease(27.4%VS45.2%).Single vessel disease was more common in the young AMI group whereas double vessels disease was common in the old AMI group. There were three patients in the young AMI group and one patient in the old AMI group with nonobstructive coronary artery.Conclusion:1.The young AMI group has a significantly higher proportion of males, smokers, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, triglyceride, uric acid than old AMI group.2.High blood triglyceride and fasting blood glucose are the independent risk factors for young AMI.3.In the young patients with AMI,the culprit vessel mainly involved in left anterior descending, one vessel disease is common..The percentage of nonobstructive coronary artery is higher.
