Investigation On The Status Of Standardized Training Of Residents In Shanxi Province

Objective:This paper analyzes the status of standardized training of residents in Shanxi province through questionnaire,analyzes its influencing factors,for the specific policies and supporting measures of relevant departments and to promote the development of resident doctors in Shanxi province.Methods:1.literature analysis: a lot of research data and literature related to this topic,have a full understanding of the research background and realistic significance of this topic,understand the relevant concept,viewpoint,theory and research hotspot of standardized training of residents,provide reference for this study.2.Questionnaire survey: using quota sampling and simple random sampling,questionnaire survey of Shanxi provincial health and family planning Commission,managers and residents of health and family planning Commission of Shanxi province,understand the development process and system construction,policy implementation,problems,training base and personnel distribution,base management,characteristics of each hospital and standardized training physicians.Statistical analysis mainly involved the composition ratio,the mean,x2 test,Dichotomies logistic regression analysis,etc.Results:1.The study was conducted in 430 questionnaires,the recovery questionnaire was 405 and the recovery rate was 92.2%,the effective questionnaire was 398,effective 98.3%.2.Most of the students have higher recognition of the necessity of recruitment examination and compliance training,82.9 %、65.8%;However,a large proportion of participants expressed their lack of support for compliance training owing to low treatment,quality of training and training time.3.Most of the students show great or severe pressure in compliance training,72.4%and9.8 %,most of the students have support or neutral attitude to the trainees;The compliance training students in 84.1% have received the approval of patients and their superiors in training;87.9%students are not satisfied with the current income,among which the living cost,accommodation and children’s expense are the main expenses of participants;30.7% students had the idea of quitting compliance training.4.The students of compliance training are highly recognized in the recognition and clinical rotation(72.6%),respectively;Most students can complete clinical rotation(71.1%);In clinical skills training and scientific research ability,the effectiveness of training from doctoral,graduate students,undergraduates decreased;51.5% students show no assessment and some departments have assessment.5.At least 22.1%teaching teachers have no qualification certificate,and compliance training students have low evaluation of teaching motivation and humanistic management in the evaluation of teacher resources.6.The theoretical training,skills operation and infrastructure satisfaction of the participants in the administration,living expenses,accommodation and children expense of guifanhuahua training base were 3.12、3.26、3.29、3.62;The overall work,teaching level and life satisfaction were 2.89、2.96、2.85;The level of compensation level was the lowest,only 2.61.Among the students with different education degrees,the satisfaction of undergraduate students is the highest,shuoshici,the lowest degree of doctor satisfaction,and the difference of students’ satisfaction has statistical significance(p< 0.05).Conclusion:The standardized training of residents in Shanxi province has a certain role in improving the clinical ability and scientific research level of students.The cognition of standardized training needs to be further strengthened in clinical rotation,clinical teaching,clinical teaching,evaluation,and so on.the students’ stress,training effect and teaching level are low,which affect compliance training effect and quality,pay attention to clinical teaching work,strengthen guipeidai training,improve hospital residency training quality.
