Studies On The Water Soluble Constituents Of Poten Tilla Anserina L. And Lycium Barbarum L.

Potentilla anserina L. belongs to Rosacrae Potentilla is the root tuber of Potentilla Potentilla. It is a common Tibetan Medicine and al so a kind of Health care product. This paper explores the Potentilla Potentilla water-soluble part in order to improve the study on chemi cal constituents of Potentilla anserine plants.In this paper, MCI colu mn chrom-atography,HW-40 column chromatography,ODS column c hromatography and preparative HPLC chromatography separation tec hnology was used again and again.The water part of 60% acetone ex tract and n-butanol part were ,tudied, 15compounds were isolated. 15 compounds were identified by modern spectroscopic techniques, all o f them were known compounds .They were identified as Epigallocatec hin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(1),cate chin-7-0-β-D-glucoside(2),epic at echin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(3),six hydroxy-3- retinol(4),epigallocatechin(5),proanthocyanidin B3 (6),epig alloc at echin(4-alpha,8)-epigallocatechin(7), ( + )-catechin(8),2R,3R-3,5,6,7,3’,4’-hexahydroxyflavane(9),( + )-e picatechin(10),hy-droxytyrosol-4-O-β-D-glucoside(11),Isotachioside(12),proanthocyanidinC(13),kajiichigoside F1(14),pomolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucoside(15). Compoundl-13 was isolated from this plant for t he first time.Lycium Barbarum L. belongs to Solanaceae. Lycium barbarum is used as a traditional Chinese medicine and functional food in China.In this paper, a systematic study was carried out on 60% acetone extr acts of Lycium barbarum L.The repeated use of MCI column chromat ography, HW-40 column chromatography,ODS column chromatograph y and preparative HPLC chromatography,60% acetone extract of Lyci um barbarumwere studied,6 compounds were isolated,The structures of 6 compounds were identified by modern spectroscopic techniques and literature review.They were identified as 5-(hydroxymethyl)-1-(2-hydroxypropanoyl) -1H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde(1),phaseic acid(2),tr ans-p-coumaric acid 4-O-β-D-glu-copyranoside(3),Benzenepropanoic acid,4-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-3- methoxy(4),2-Propenoic acid,3-[4-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)-3-methoxyphenyl](5), 1 H-Pyrrole - 1-butano ic acid,2-formyl-5-(hydroxymethyl)(6). Compound2-5 was isolated fr om this plant for the first time.Compound(l)is new.
