Flat Liver Fixed Dizzy Soup Treating Yin Deficiency Card Hand Hypertension’s Clinical Research

Objective: this experiment study is to prove that the proposed set’s liver anti-dazzle soup in treatment of Yin deficiency hand is high blood pressure has good clinical effect,and prove that it is safe and reliable.Methods in the process of clinical research,I will be all the 64 patients,it adopts the method of randomized divided into treatment group and control group,each group of32 people,the total experimental time for 30 days.Treatment group on the basis of oral nifedipine zyban oral flat liver fixed anti-dazzle soup(provided by changchun university hospital of traditional Chinese medicine TCM pharmacy);A western medicine while the control group only received oral,nifedipine 20 mg zyban(mondial group chengdu pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,state standard H10930145),2 tablets each time,2 times.In the process of clinical research,I will be careful observation of 64 patients with clinical,and records the related data in detail,finally according to the data for statistical analysis.According to the statistical analysis results,the proposed’s liver fixed anti-dazzle soup to evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect and safety.Results: in the process of the study,all 64 patients was not happened to fall off,remove,and so on and so forth,all completed this experiment.Total effective rate in treatment group and control group in lower blood pressure are 87.50% and 87.50% respectively,the results through statistical analysis showed that no significant difference between two groups(P > 0.05);But in improving hypertension(Yin deficiency type hand)to learn the total efficacy rate of syndromes,the treatment group was 90.63%,control group was78.13%,the comparison between the two groups has no statistical significance(P >0.05).But in the main card,time,to improve dizziness,headache,insomnia,tinnitus,heart palpitations,forgetfulness,a few symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the curative effect of treatment group is better in comparison group.Conclusion: this topic studies have shown that,in the before and after treatment,two groups of blood pressure value contrast has obvious differences,which fully illustrates the two groups in terms of the effect of lowering blood pressure is obvious.In TCM syndrome total curative effect of this point,no significant difference between two groups(P > 0.05),but in the main syndrome,disease,to improve dizziness,headache,insomnia,tinnitus,palpitation,amnesia TCM symptoms a few aspects,such as,examined the proliferation and P < 0.05,suggesting that the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.Finally I’m going to explain the problem of safety in the clinical study,we selected all of the subjects,no one appeared adverse reactions after use of drugs(including in the later also does not appear in the process of follow-up),it fully proves that the use of drugs in the clinical observation is very safe...
