Sweet Soup Of Gastrodia Elata Neurotransmitters In Patients With Yin Deficiency Type Hand Hypertension Clinical Observation

Objective: Through the observation sweet rhizoma gastrodiae decoction Yin deficiency type hand hypertension patients, were observed before and after treatment of neurotransmitters(NPY, NT, NE, DA and 5- HT) change, explore sweet soup of gastrodia elata on Yin deficiency type hand the clinical curative effect of patients with high blood pressure.Methods: Collected in June 2015- January 2016 in the xinjiang uygur autonomous region hospital hypertension family ward syndrome of Yin deficiency type hand 66 cases of patients with high blood pressure, according to 1:1 randomly divided into treatment group(33 cases and the control group 33 cases, 33 cases of treatment group take valsartan capsules and rhizoma gastrodiae decoction, the control group 33 cases take valsartan capsule and placebo treatment 2 weeks, respectively before and after treatment with neurotransmitters(NPY, NT, NE, DA and 5- HT), blood pressure, dynamic blood pressure testing, TCM symptom score, the results were analyzed.Results:(1) compared with control group, treatment group after treatment of plasma NPY, NE level is reduced, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Compared with control group, treatment group after treatment in patients with elevated levels of plasma DA, but there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05). Treatment group and control group comparison before and after treatment, patients’ plasma NT, 5- HT differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(2) compared with control group, treatment group after treatment reduced average systolic blood pressure(office), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Treatment group average diastolic blood pressure(office), and the control group on average systolic blood pressure(office), the average diastolic blood pressure(office) there were no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05). Compared with control group, treatment group after treatment the average systolic blood pressure(self-test) is reduced, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Treatment group average diastolic blood pressure(self-test), control group mean systolic blood pressure(self-test), mean diastolic pressure(self-test) there were no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).(3) compared with control group, treatment group after treatment 24 HSBP, 24 HDBP DSBP, NSBP is reduced, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); DDBP, NDBP group after treatment, the control group of 24 HSBP, 24 HDBP, DSBP, DDBP, NSBP, NDBP difference has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(4) compared with control group, treatment group after treatment of TCM syndrome score decreased, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Treatment group(20 cases had marked effect, 8 cases, 5 cases failed, the total effective rate was 84.14%, the control group, effective 8 cases, 7 cases of 18 cases, total effective rate 45.45%, the treatment group compared with control group, treatment group curative effect of TCM syndrome total effective rate was higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Incense rhizoma gastrodiae decoction Yin deficiency type hand hypertension, affects Yin deficiency type hand the neurotransmitter levels of hypertension patients, improve the clinical symptoms, is the effective agent for the treatment of Yin deficiency type hand hypertension.
