Objective:To understand the general situation of radiation protection training and assessment, occupational health examination and personal dose monitoring of radiation workers in Qiqihar Medical College Affiliated Hospital, and to analyze the detection rate of occupational health abnormality of radiation workers in the department of radiotherapy and radiodiagnosis. And to provide scientific basis for improving the health management of radiological personnel in medical institutions. Methods:Check out Occupational Health Electronic Archives and archives of Hygiene Supervisors of Qiqihar City Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2016,organize occupational health examination, personal dose monitoring and radiological staff training data to obtain health care management information of 196 cases of radiation management staff from three affiliated radiology and treatment institutions of Qiqihar Medical College in 2016.Describe basic information of 196 radiologists and situation of training, physical examination and radiation.Analyze the abnormal detection rate of different characteristic and professional radiation workers and the difference of characteristics of different professional radiation staff.SPSS 19.0 software was used to analyze data, measurement data were expressed by median and quartile spacing, and t test or variance analysis was used, count data were expressed by rate or composition ratio, and chi-square test was used.Results:1.General condition of all staff There were 196 cases in radiological institutions at Qiqihar Medical College Affiliated hospital.Sex:male accounted for 58.7%and female accounted for 41.3%.Age:25-30 years old accounted for 16.3%,31-40 years old accounted for 33.7%,41-50 accounted for 35.2%,greater than or equal to 51 years old accounted for 14.8%.Degree:junior college accounted for 36.2%,undergraduate accounted for 57.1%,master accounted for 6.6%.Titles:primary accounted for 36.2%,intermediate accounted for 37.8%,secondary accounted for 16.8%,positive accounted for 9.2%.Seniority:The seniority for 0-9 years accounted for 28.6%,10-20 years accounted for 46.4%,?20 years accounted for 25.0%.Job category:nurse accounted for 13.3%,technicians accounted for 27.0%,doctors accounted for 59.7%.Professional category:cases of X-ray photography accounted for 49.0%,cases of intervention accounted for 17.3%,cases of radiation treatment accounted for 16.8%,cases of nuclear medicine accounted for 16.8%.2.Situation of Health management The rate of training for 196 cases was 94.4%,the rate of training for 196 cases was 100%,the abnormal detection rate was 80.6%,and the radiation dose equivalent was 0.27?0.53mSv/a,average of radiation dose equivalent was 0.36mSv/a.3.Situation of the abnormal detection rate The abnormal detection rate of blood lipid was 34.2%,ophthalmology was 32.1%,electrocardiogram was 24.5%,liver function was 24.5%,the abnormal detection rate for urinary routine was 24.0%,thyroid function was 20.4%,blood pressure was 20.4%,abdominal ultrasound was 18.9%,blood routine was 16.3%,chest radiograph was 15.3%,blood glucose was 13.8%,skin was 12.2%,renal function was 11.2%and urinary routine peripheral blood chromosome was 6.1%.4.Abnormal detection of different characteristics of radiological staff The difference of ophthalmology, blood routine, abdominal ultrasound, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, urinary routine and blood lipid was statistically significant for different ages(P<0.05).The difference of electrocardiogram was statistically significant for different titles(P<0.05).The difference of thyroid and electrocardiogram was statistically significant for different working years(P<0.05).The difference of abnormal detection was not statistically significant for different genders, degrees and work categories(P>0.05).5.Abnormal detection for different specialties of radiological staff The difference of the abnormal detection rate of ophthalmology, thyroid function, skin, abdominal ultrasound, blood pressure and electrocardiogram was statistically significant for X-ray image diagnosis and intervention, radiotherapy and nuclear medicine(P<0.05).The abnormal detection rate of ophthalmology was the most for X-ray image diagnosis. The abnormal detection rate of skin, blood pressure, and electrocardiogram was the most for intervention. The abnormal detection rate of thyroid function and abdominal ultrasound was the most for radiotherapy. The abnormal detection rate of liver function was the most for nuclear medicine.Conclusion:1.Radiological workers filing rate, occupational health examination rate and training rate in three hospitals affiliated to Qiqihar Medical College were high, and the radiation dose was within the standard range.2.Dyslipidemia was the highest in the abnormal detection results of radiological health examination3.The abnormal detection rate of thyroid and electrocardiogram was high in the elderly with longer radiation workers.
