Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Postherpetic Neuralgia With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type By Surround Needling Combined With Thunder Fire Moxibustion

Objective:The aim of*this study was to improve the situation of surround needling combined with pain,thunder fire moxibustion before and after the qi stagnation and blood stasis in treating postherpetic neuralgia and emotional symptoms such as sleep,in order to provide an effective way to improve the quality of life of patients for clinical treatment of this disease at the same time,more efficient and easy method.Methods:A total of 60 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by Acupuncture in the pain area,and the treatment group was given the pain area and the four points of thunder and mox i bust i on therapy.The two groups were treated 1 time a day for 20 days.After the treatment,the two groups were evaluated by the pain visual analogue scale(VAS assessment),the ascension Insomnia Scale(AIS)and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA).Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,which was higher than that of the control group 80%.Visual ana log pain grading between the two groups(the VAS method)and Athens I nsomn i a Scale(AIS)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores of treatment group were higher than those in control group,surround needling combined with thunder fire moxibustion treatment to reduce pain of patients,has good curative effect to improve sleep quality and anxiety state.Conclusion:It is simple,convenient and effective to treat the sequela of herpes zoster with qi stagnation and blood stasis due to the combination of acupuncture with thunder and moxibustion.It can be widely applied in clinic.
