| Objective: To observe the clinical manifestations of children with neurogenic urination,on the efficacy and mechanism of Kidney Decoction in treatment of children with God NUFC from two aspects of theory and clinical observation and study of the system.Methods: using randomized controlled clinical trial design,single blind method,60 cases of neurogenic urination(heart kidney incoordination)were divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group of 30 cases,using metality Kidney Decoction(self)oral;30 cases in control group were given Jinkuishenqiwan with Jiaotai pill.The two groups were treated for a course of 7 days.After a course of treatment,the efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results: the curative effect of the treatment group was 93.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was83.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).83.33Conclusion: metality Kidney Decoction is the treatment of children with neurogenic urination(heart kidney incoordination)curative effective prescription,effective,worthy of promotion. |
