The Therapeutic Evaluation Of Medium Frequency Iontophoresis With Yang Warming And Expelling Water Decoction On Chronic Heart Failure(Yang Deficience And Water Accumulation)

Objective The research will lead to study the traditional and characteristic treatment of Chinese medicine:to study the clinical efficacy of edium frequency(bilateral Xinshu points and Neiguan points)iontophoresis with Yang Warming and expelling water Decoction on chronic heart failure(yang deficience and water accumulation),explore its mechanism of action in improving indexes in patients with heart failure and provide a new treatment for the patients who are difficult to take traditional Chinese medicine decoction.Methods By using the methods of randomized check experiment,68 selected patients,hospitalized in the in-patient department of internal Medicine-Cardiovascular Department of Wenzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were numbered according to the length of time.The even numbers were used as the treatment group(34 cases),and the odd nuober as the control group(34 cases).In the group,we should ensure that the age,sex,average course of disease,TCM syndrome score,cardiac function classification,LVEF and MLHFQ score,NT-proBNP and 6MWT have no significant difference,that is to say,balance.The control group was treated with normal saline on the basis of routine western medicine to conduct medium frequency iontophoresis,while the treatment group was treated with Yang Warming and expelling water on the basis of routine western medicine to conduct medium frequency iontophoresis.Two groups of acupoints both were bilateral Xinshu points and Neiguan points.After 2 weeks,the curative effects were observed and compared.Result 1.After the course of treatment,the TCM syndrome score and cardiac function classification of the two groups were improved in different degrees(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly better(P<0.05).2.After the course of treatment,two groups of treatments can significantly improve 6MWT,NT-proBNP and LVEF of the patients with heart failure(P<0.01).compared the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group is better than the control group.3.The two groups of treatment both can improve the Minnesota heart failure quality of life score(MLHFQ),but the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.After the course of treatment,the curative effect of TCM syndrome judgement,treatment group total effective rate was 96.6%,compared with 85%in control group;heart function to judge the curative effect,the total efficiency of treatment group was 96.7%and 85%in the control group;the two groups of scheme were statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that the treatment of medium frequency iontophoresis with Yang Warming and expelling water Decoction on chronic heart failure in type of yang deficience and water accumulation has good effect.5.After treatment,there were no abnormalities in the laboratory indexes,which reflected the safety of the treatment of medium frequency iontophoresis with Yang Warming and expelling water decoction on chronic heart failure in type of yang deficience and water accumulation.Conclusions l.With the standard western medicine treatment,medium frequency iontophoresis with Yang Warming and expelling water can improve the TCM syndrome integral,cardiac function classification and MLHFQ of patients with heart failure.2.With the standard western medicine treatment,medium frequency iontophoresis with Yang Warming and expelling water is superior to the simple standard western medicine treatment in reducing the level of NT-proBNP and improving the level of LVEF and 6MWT.3.Medium frequency iontophoresis with Yang Warming and expelling water has small side effects and high safety,and has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic heart failure(yang deficience and water accumulation).
