| Objective : This study refers to observe self-made dysmenorrhea particles in the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused byendometriosis(qi and blood stasis type)the safety and clinical efficacy.Methods:This topic selection of random parallel controlled clinical trial design method,with the proposed self-made dysmenorrhea particles and fights analgesia capsule curative effect comparison,to clinical endometriosis dysmenorrhea patients(qi and blood stasis type)for clinical research object,selected 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases were given from self-made dysmenorrhea particles(of traditional Chinese medicine: a centipede,yanhusuo,sichuan and contrast,salvia miltiorrhiza,angelica,radix paeoniae rubra,radix glycyrrhizae)as experimental group,36 cases were given fights analgesia capsule(drug composition: dragon dragon’s blood,notoginseng,zhejiang fritillary,semen coicis)as control group,treatment for 3 months,1 month follow-up.Clinical curative effect were observed before and after treatment.Results:After three courses of treatment,the two groups of patients,the treat--ment group clinical curing 8 cases,22.22%;Having aneffect of 14 cases,38.89%;Effective 9 cases,25%;Of no avail 5 cases,13.89%;The total effective rate was86.11%.In the control group,5cases were clinical cure,accounted for 13.89%;9cases had marked effect,25%;Effective 10 cases,accounting for 27.77%;In vain12 cases,accounting for 33.33%;The total effective rate was 66.67%.Statistic sig--nificance was found in clinical effect between the treatment group and the con--trol group,the former was better than the latter.Conclusion: self-made dysmenorrhea particles treatment elimination qi stagnancy and blood stasis type of dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,and no obvious adverse reaction,curative effect is reliable,can be used as a treatment in different syndrome dysmenorrhea,one of the effective agent is worthy of clinical promotion and further approval by the majority of patients with compatriots. |
