Clinical Observation On Treating Dysmenorrhea Of Endometriosis Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type From Heart And Liver

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treating endometriosis dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis by using huayu jieyu prescription from heart and liver,and to provide clinical basis and new ideas and methods for TCM treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods: 60 cases of dysmenorrhea patients with endometriosis meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Control group given fights analgesia capsule,the treatment group given blood resolve depression,after continuous treatment of three menstrual cycles,records of two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM clinical syndrome score,VAS pain score,SAS scores,CA125,size of the uterus,ovarian volume changes of the ultrasound,compare the clinical efficacy of two groups,to observe the incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion:(1)After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 86.67% and 96.67%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);During the treatment period,no drug allergic reaction,obvious adverse reaction and side effect were found in the two groups.(2)After treatment,VAS score,SAS score and TCM syndrome score in 2 groups were lower than before,and TCM syndrome efficacy was improved,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P&L;0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)After treatment,CA-125 value and ovarian volume in 2 groups were lower than before,and the differences within groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P&L;0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)After treatment,there was no significant improvement in uterine size in the control group(P>0.05),and there was statistical significance in the treatment gro up(P&L;0.05).Conclusion:(1)Based on the heart and liver treatment,Huayu Jieyu Decoction has a significant effect on dysmenorrhea of endometriosis with qi stagnation and blood stasis,which can effectively improve the frequency and intensity of pain and associated clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the TCM syndromes.(2)Treat endometriosis dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis with Huayu Jieyu prescription from heart and liver,which can reduce uterine size,ovarian volume and CA125 value.(3)From the perspective of heart and liver,the application of Huayu Jieyu Formula in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of endometriosis with qi stagnation and blood stasis has no obvious side effects,which is safe and reliable.
