The Clinical Observation Of Three Types Of Talent Acupoints With Thunder-Fire Moxibustion Treatment Of Chronic Superficial Gastritis (Spleen-YANG Deficiency Type)

Purpose: To explore the clinical effect of three types of talent acupoints with thunder-fire moxibustion treatment of chronic superficial gastritis(spleen-YANG deficiency type).Method: To collect 60 cases with chronic superficial gastritis(spleen-YANG deficiency type)included patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of the Acupuncture and Gastroenterology clinic and treatment area,were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group of 30 cases,using three types of talent acupoints including Baihui,Zhongwan and Zusanli(bilateral)with thunder-fire moxibustion applying to Zhongwan and Weishu(bilateral),are compared with the control group of 30 cases which using Oral administration of Domperidone Tablets.The two groups were thirty days for a course of treatment.After ten days of treatment,patients take a day off.The patients need a course of treatment Recording the two groups observation index of former treatment and later treatment.SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Result: The treatment group and the control group in gender,age,duration of the disease,P values were> 0.05,indicating that the treatment group and the control group was comparable.Before treatment,treatment group and control group in the total symptom score comparison,P> 0.05,it is comparable;after treatment,treatment group and control group in the total symptom score comparison,P < 0.05,indicating the symptoms of two groups had significant difference.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,the cure rate was 33.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 70.00%,and the cure rate was 13.33%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In the endoscopic grade and the improvement of Hp infection,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: Clinical effect of three types of talent acupoints and thunder-fire moxibustion treatment of chronic superficial gastritis(spleen-YANG deficiency type)is effective,safe,non-toxic side effects,this method has a good application prospect,it is worthy of popularization and application.
