| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of dragon and tiger combat techniques combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold stomach pain,combined with the superiority of dragon and tiger combat techniques for pain,to find more effective treatment methods and ways for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:1.Case selection: According to the criteria of inclusion,72 patients(spleen and stomach deficiency type)were enrolled in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine,and the randomized control was divided into two groups,each group of 36 cases.2.Treatment method: the control group was treated with simple thunder fire moxibustion,and the treatment group used dragon and tiger combat acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion treatment(only the dragon and tiger combat technique was applied on the middle and foot three miles,the thumb was twisted 9 times in front of the left and turned to the right 6 times,the twisting angle was about 180°,the twisting frequency was about 90 times / minute,the acupuncture was 20 min,every 5 minutes,the needle was performed 1 time,each needle was 30 s ～ 1min),and the patients in both groups were given thunder fire moxibustion for 15 min,The TCM syndrome score and VAS visual simulation score before and after the two groups were compared,and the treatment effect of the two methods was evaluated.3.Treatment course: 4 courses of treatment,1 week for 1 course of treatment,4 times a week,1 time every other day.4.Efficacy determination: Before treatment and after treatment,observe the changes of the patient’s medical syndrome score and VAS pain visual analog score table,and conduct statistical analysis to finally determine whether the treatment plan is effective.Results:1.The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 94.12%and 82.86%,respectively.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).2.Changes in TCM syndrome scores: the syndrome scores before treatment in both groups decreased in both groups,and the symptom scores in the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.VAS visual analogue score: the VAS score decreased after treatment in both groups,and the VAS score decreased more significantly in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion: Both treatments can improve the symptoms of patients with gastric pain(spleen and stomach deficiency type),and the combination of dragon and tiger combat techniques combined with thunder fire moxibustion is better than thunder fire moxibustion treatment alone in improving symptoms and relieving pain,and the comprehensive efficiency is high,the efficacy is accurate,and it is worth promoting clinically. |
