Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy,the improvement of TCM symptoms and recurrence rate of Fire-Dragon Moxibustion treatment during the great cold of chronic superficial gastritis of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type,in order to provide evidence for the clinical applicatin of this treatment.Methods: 60 patients with chronic superficial gastritis of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the group of Fire-Dragon Moxibustion treatment during the great cold(A group)of 30 cases and conventional western medicine group(B group)of 30 cases.A group started 3 days before the Great Cold Season with Fire-Dragon Moxibustion intervention treatment,once a week,and completed 3 treatments within the Great Cold Season.B group was treated with omeprazole enteric-coated capsules twice daily for 21 days.After the intervention,compare the TCM syndrom score,clinical efficacy and the recurrence cases 1month after treatment withdrawal of the two groups.And conduct the safety evaluation at the same time.Results:⒈ After treatment,57 patients completed the experiment,including 29 patients in A group and 28 in B group.⒉ In terms of clinical efficacy: the group of Fire-Dragon Moxibustion treatment during the great cold is superior to conventional western medicine group in the aspect of clinical efficacy(P<0.05),with statistical significance.⒊ In terms of TCM syndrome score: In terms of total points,the group of Fire-Dragon Moxibustion treatment during the great cold is superior to conventional western medicine group in the improvement of the total score of TCM symptoms,with statistical significance(p<0.05).In terms of the six TCM symptom scores,the group of Fire-Dragon Moxibustion treatment during the great cold is superior to conventional western medicine group in the improvement of gastric epigastric pain,abdominal distension after eating,reduced diet,fatifue,chills and cold,and loose stools,with statistical significance(P<0.05).⒋ In terms of relapse rate: the group of Fire-Dragon Moxibustion treatment during the great cold has lower recurrence rate than conventional western medicine group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions: Fire-Dragon Moxibustion treatment during the great cold can effectively improve the TCM symptoms in patients with chronic superficial gastritis of deficiency cold of spleen and Stomach type,prevent and reduce its recurrence rate.
