Clinical Research Of Acupuncture Combined With Thunder-Fire Moxibustion Treatment Tinnitus Of Deficiency Of Kidney-Essence

Purpose: To compare with the difference of clinical efficacy between Acupuncture combined with Thunder-Fire moxibustion and Acupuncture alone,while providing an effective method for treatment Tinnitus of Deficiency of Kidney-Essence.Method: 60 cases from Tinnitus of Deficiency of Kidney-Essence who matched the conditions,were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 30 patients in the observation adopted acupuncture combined with Thunder-Fire moxibustion treatment,the matched group adopted acupuncture alone,Three months after the end of treatment observing the result.Compare the situation of grading and classification in the two groups before and after treatment.Result: Two groups of patients after the treatment,Tinnitus’ situation of grading and classification were improved.There are significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group were 86.67%,the rate of control group’s total effective rate were 73.33%.There are remarkable differences between two groups(P<0.05).After 1 month the results of following,the total effective rate of treatment group were 81.67%,the rate of control group’s total effective rate were 70%,There are dramatical differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with Thunder-Fire moxibustion can significantly improve the situation of grading and classification of tinnitus.In terms of total effective rate the treatment group is better than the control group,and the results of following after treatment finished 1 month,the control group has obvious advantage.This method is green and security.In addition,it can provide a new treatment thoughts of this disease for clinical.It’s be worthy to promotion.
