Objectives To investigate the assisted reproductive technology(ART)during early pregnancy after pregnancy prolactin(PRL),estradiol(E2)changes,PRL was associated with E2,and the two change of ART with different clinical outcomes associated with pregnancy,clinical monitoring to ART in different periods of pregnancy,treatment and pregnancy outcomes forecast on the basis of the theory.Methods From December 2015 to August 2016 undergoing in vitro fertilization or intracytoplasmic sperm oocyte intracytoplasmic injection and embryo transplantation in the reproductive center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Medical University Of Anhui(IVF/ICSI-ET),frozen thawed embryo transfer(F-ET)assisted reproductive treatment and pregnancy were obtained,according to the different types of transplantation period,divided into fresh cycle recovery group,natural cycle group.The recovery of the artificial cycle group,analysis of the early changes of PRL and E2 and its relationship with pregnancy outcome of pregnancy.The medical records survey,laboratory examination methods to collect data.The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results1.natural cycle group,artificial cycle group,fresh cycle group,three groups of subjects before pregnancy and early pregnancy PRL and E2 comparison:Natural cycle group in early pregnancy PRL(46.25±22.57)ng/ml,E2(7211.59±4573.97)ng/ml,was significantly higher than that pre-pregnancy [(15.75±6.15)ng/ml,(165.59±128.31)ng/ml](P<0.05);artificial cycle group in early pregnancy PRL(40.99±18.15)ng/ml,E2(6964.58±4189.03)ng/ml,was significantly higher than that pre-pregnancy [(17.51± 31.58)ng/ml,(151.11±92.68)ng/ml](P<0.05);fresh cycle group PRL in early pregnancy(61.06±61.88)ng/ml,E2(11031.87± 5152.05)ng/ml,was significantly higher than that pre-pregnancy [(18.02±20.09)ng/ml,(158.39±117.83)ng/ml ](P<0.05).2.The comparison of PRL and E2 between the three groups,the natural cycle group,the artificial cycle group and the fresh cycle group,before pregnancy and early pregnancy:Between the three groups of subjects before pregnancy were PRL [(15.75±6.15)ng/ml,(17.51±31.58)ng/ml,(18.02±20.09)ng/ml],there were no statistically significant difference between the three groups(P > 0.05);early pregnancy PRL [(46.25±22.57)ng/ml,(40.99±18.15)ng/ml,(61.06 ±61.88)ng/ml],fresh cycle group PRL in early pregnancy was significantly higher than that in natural cycle group,artificial cycle group(P<0.05),and the natural cycle group and artificial cycle group PRL in early pregnancy had no significant difference(P > 0.05).Three groups of subjects before pregnancy were E2 [(165.59±128.31)ng/ml,(151.11±92.68)ng/ml,(158.39 ±117.83)ng/ml],there were no statistically significant difference between the three groups(P >0.05);early pregnancy E2 [(7211.59±4573.97)ng/ml,(6964.58±4189.03)ng /ml,(11031.87± 5152.05)ng/ml],fresh cycle group E2 in early pregnancy was significantly higher than that in natural cycle group,artificial cycle group(P<0.05),and the natural cycle group and artificial cycle group E2 in early pregnancy without significant difference(P > 0.05).3.Natural cycle group,artificial cycle group,fresh cycle group,three groups of pregnant women early pregnancy PRL and E2 correlation analysis:In the freeze-thaw cycle of natural transplantation in early pregnancy,PRL and E2 had no correlation(r=0.122,P=0.139);and the freeze-thaw cycle and artificial fresh cycle pregnancy after PRL were positively correlated with E2,respectively(r=0.316,P=0.001),(r=0.289,P=0.027).4.The comparison of PRL and E2 between the single pregnancy and the twin pregnancy in the three cycles of the natural cycle group,the artificial cycle group and the fresh cycle group:Three groups of subjects in early PRL twin pregnancies were [(51.52±24.37)ng/ml,(45.68±18.76)ng/ml,(68.75±39.42)ng/ml],RPL was significantly higher than that of early single pregnancy[(43.31±22.20)ng/ml,(37.58±16.88)ng/ml,(60.69±24.17)ng/ml](P<0.05);the three groups of subjects in early E2 twin pregnancies were[(9653.48±5516.99)ng/ml,(9164.11± 4774.39)ng/ml,(13840.51±4518.19)ng/ml],E2 was significantly higher than that of early single pregnancy [(6033.89±3721.14)ng/ml,(5586.51±3316.26)ng/ml,(9479.68 + 4867.81)ng/ml](P<0.05),were not found before pregnancy singleton,twins PRL and E2 was statistically difference(P > 0.05);5.Fresh cycle group of full-term pregnancy rate is lower than the natural cycle group,artificial cycle group,but statistical analysis were not found PRL in early pregnancy,E2 is associated with pregnancy outcome in different period,natural cycle group,artificial cycle group,fresh cycle group respectively [(r=-0.008,P=0.872;r=-0.146,P=0.170)(r=-0.011,P=0.855;r=-0.069,P=0.248),(r=-0.153,P=0.116;r=-0.016,P=0.869)].Conclusions The proper concentration of PRL,E2 were the necessary condition to establish a successful pregnancy,assisted reproductive cycle in different patients with early pregnancy PRL,E2 were significantly increased before pregnancy;this study first proposed assisted reproductive patients with early pregnancy of twin pregnancy PRL level was significantly higher in singleton pregnancies is a physiological state,provided a reference for clinical observation.The relationship between PRL and E2 were positively associated with early pregnancy and fresh embryo transfer cycle artificial cycle patients,suggesting that the artificial cycle and the cycle of fresh early pregnancy hormone levels may be more similar.The fresh embryo transfer cycle in patients with early pregnancy PRL,E2 were significantly higher than that in natural cycle and artificial cycle embryo transplant patients,while the full-term pregnancy rate is more natural cycle and artificial cycle low,so from this study was better than the effect of freeze-thaw embryo transplantation of fresh embryo transfer,but did not find the pregnancy after PRL,the pregnancy outcome of E2 was correlated with each cycle,so in clinical work,monitoring the changes of PRL and E2 in early pregnancy to observe and predict the pregnancy outcome of no significance.
