significant with P < 0.05.Results:1.The basic situation investigation: joined survey of 765 college student in a college, included 371 male,47.2%;For 394 women,52.3% and the sex ratio of both sexes was 0.94:1.The total number of undergraduates enrolled in the final survey was 765,with 385 intervention groups, included 177 males and 208 females. The control group was 380,among whom 194 were male.186 women. The proportion of freshmen, sophomores and juniors in the survey was close to 1:1:1.2.Knowledge of sexual knowledge: college students had an overall knowledge of AIDS awareness rate of 69.7 percent, female safety awareness rate of 48.5 percent, and 55.1 percent of college students believed that knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases was uncertain.College students’ cognition of contraceptive measures was not comprehensive;Knowledge of sex among intervention group and control group was no difference.3.Sexual attitude:96.2% of men agreed to fall in love with college students. It was found that that proportion of college student to marriage was 63.4%.Men were more likely than women to disagree with the "gay" attitude. In the question of "virgin/female",the male has a rate of "whether women should stay virgins before marriage" and "whether a man should stay a virgin before marriage" was at 57.4% and 59.6%,and women had a 43.4% and 36.3% approval rate for these two questions. On the question of whether "sexual skills need to be learned",65.5 percent of men said they needed it,while 67.8 percent of women remained neutral.84.6% of men agreed that abortion had a knowledge of contraceptive measures, the safety rate of contraception of intervention group in "condom" and "contraceptive" was significantly higher than the control group; The intervention group had increased awareness of safe contraception, which means that the healthy education class had an overall positive effect on the student’s sexual cognitive intervention. In comparison, the attitude of male 15.1%,respectively.The women in the intervention group have a relatively tolerant attitude towards homosexuality, and the "disapproving" ratio is 8.1 percent, which was significantly less than the "disapprove" ratio of the control group,18.2%.In the question of whether or not a woman is a virgin, the intervention group was lower than the control group; In the question of "men who stay virgins before marriage," the intervention group was lower than the control group, suggesting that the intervention men were more conservative in this issue. On the question of whether "sexual skills need to be learned",men in the intervention group were more likely to recognize the learning skills, while women in the intervention group had improved their attitudes toward learning. In the question of "sex use condoms",the intervention group "approved" was 72.9 and 88.5%,all above the control group. Conclusion:Knowledge of the nature of college students is mixed, college students’ sexual attitude is open but they are not aware of the safety consequences caused by sexual behaviors. In the service mode of education, colleges and universities need to establish more multidimensional modes of intervention. They also need to take into account the influences of individual characteristics, peers or sexual partners, family and adults, relevant institutions and social environment factors on the sexual health and contraception knowledge, beliefs and behaviors of college students, and adopt comprehensive and systematic measures and methods to enable college students to intervene in an all-round way in school. |
