The Research On Social Responsibility Evaluation Index System Of Public Hospital

It always been a matter that the medical profession is related to the vital interested of the people.Therefore,the implementation of social responsibility in public hospitals is the need of the times.With the development of the country,the medical service industry is constantly reforming,and achieved initial results.However,in this process,the medical service industry emerged a variety of problems,such as the tense relationship between doctors and patients,excessive pursuit of economic interests.President Xi Jinping pointed out in the National Health and Health Conference held in August 2016 that:At present,the medical and health system reform has entered critical period.We should speed up the implementation of the medical and health system reform tasks set by the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.It is clear that the state attaches great importance to the management of public hospitals.First of all,this paper puts forward the research background and significance of the evaluation index system of public hospital social responsibility.And then through the literature review the domestic and international research status,this paper elaborated the public hospital social responsibility evaluation index system theory foundation.The theory foundation is welfare economics theory,stakeholder theory,strategic theory,social responsibility level theory.Then,according to the problems of social responsibility and environmental protection,this paper puts forward that the social responsibility should be embedded in the evaluation index system of performance evaluation of public hospitals,and the evaluation index system of public hospital social responsibility should be constructed.This paper focuses on the use of expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process to construct appropriate public hospital social responsibility evaluation index system and determine the weight of each evaluation index.Finally,the public hospital social responsibility evaluation index system is applied to a top three hospital,and the existing problems of the establishment of the social responsibility evaluation index system of the top three hospitals are analyzed from the perspectives of the hospital and the outside,and the corresponding measures of constructing and perfecting the system are put forward.
