The Information Disclosure Study Of W Maternal And Child Care Service Center’s Social Responsibility

With the full liberalization of two-child policy and the introduction of a series of new medical reforms policy,the public hospital is facing more and more challenges.The public hospital mainly presents public welfare,which also plays an essential role in solving problems of basic medical care and health services as well as relieving difficulties of poor access to medical care services.Thus,how to properly lead pubic hospital to shoulder the social responsibility and to promote the solution of the problem of the current public medical difficulty and how to make public hospitals break through the bondage of drug-nourishing medicine system and improve the enthusiasm of hospital development during the process of marketization,has been a whole new issue for governments at all levels and relevant departments.For public hospitals,to shoulder necessary social responsibility do good to guiding hospitals’ right business practice which could promote their own consistent development.Based on this,this paper use stakeholders theory and system theory,and combine analytical hierarchy process with fuzzy synthetic evaluation together to study information disclosure of W maternal and child care service center’s social responsibility.The study shows that W maternal and child care service center’s should take social responsibility and improve the evaluation system;timely and transparent disclosure of hospital social responsibility information;open and detailed introduction of medical and health cost information.Then the social responsibility frame and evaluation index system have been constructed in multiple aspects like employee,performance,government,environment public interest,patients,investors and creditors,using the analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy synthetic evaluation to scientifically evaluate its social responsibility.The following conclusions can be drawn that established W maternal and child care service center’s scientific social responsibility information disclosure system played a positive role in alleviating the contradiction between doctors and patients,cooperating with the government in better implementing the new health care reform policy and implementing an all-round two-child policy;At the same time,it will be conducive to improving the budget assessment mechanism,enhancing the hospital’s brand competitiveness and promoting its virtuous circle in the medical market.
