The Observation Of Clinical Efficacy On Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction To Treat Acute Synovitis Of Knee Joint

Objective:Under the guide of traditional Chinese medicine clinical research methodology,to conduct randomized controlled trial with the observation of Clinical effects on Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction to treat acute synovitis of knee joint.To deepen the modern scientific research methods in the application of clinical research of TCM can show the preponderance of TCM.And to provide the clinical evidence from this trial.Methods:From Dec.2016 to Jan.2018,in the patients with acute synovitis of the knee joint in the orthopedics clinic of Yunnan traditional Chinese medicine hospital,they were stochastic parted into the cure series and the contrast series.The cure series was given Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction,and the contrast series was given Etoricoxib troches by oral.At the initiation and termination of curing,patients were pointed by WOMAC,Lysholm and symptom grading to compare the clinical efficacy of the two series.Result:1.WOMAC points contrasting:They both progressed the ache,deadlocked and function difficulty of patients(intra group comparison,P<0.05);The two process modes were about the same(inter group comparison,P>0.05).2.Lysholm points contrasting:The two process modes progressed the patient’s Lysholm points,and the ensemble impact was equivalent(intra group comparison,P<0.05;inter group comparison,P>0.05);the cure series was better than the contrast series of Etoricoxib by oral in the improvement of the bloating limitation(bloating points inter group comparison,P<0.05).In addition to the bloating limitation,the other 7 aspects were about the same(other points inter group comparison,P>0.05).3.The points of symptom classification contrasting:From these points,the ensemble impact of the two kinds of treatment was equivalent(intra group comparison,P<0.05;inter group comparison,P>0.05);The bloating of cure series was better than Etoricoxib troches byoral(bloating points inter group comparison,P<0.05),but the impact was similar in ache,the tender sense of pressure and dysfunction(other points inter group comparison,P>0.05).4.Contrasting therapeutic consequence of the two series: the efficacy of the two treatments were about the same(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is effective to progress the ache and bloating of the patients and to rehabilitate the patient’s daily action capacity.The impact of Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction on bloating is superior than that of the acute synovitis of the knee joint with wind cold and dampness with stasiss.
