The Clinical Effect Observation Of Shibao Decoction On Male Climacteric Syndrome

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of Shibao decoction in male climacteric syndrome with kidney essence deficiency.Methods To put 60 patients who treat in outpatient service of Yinchuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Yinchuan Hui Nationality Medicine Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Ningxia Medical University in 2016.08-2017.09 this time are identified as deficiency of kidney-essence male climacteric syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups,the first group 30 patients taking 11-acid testosterone 8 weeks and took 80 mg orally twice a day after meals,after 2 weeks,the original dose was changed from 80 mg to 40 mg each time,and the original medicine frequency remained the same.The second group 30 patients taking Shibao warm-taken decoction 8 weeks,each time 150 ml,twice a day.Both before and after therapy,monitoring total testosterone and according to the Bosphorus of psychology department in Istanbul PADAM symptom self assessment for 11-acid testosterone and Shibao decoction in the treatment of male climacteric syndrome symptoms score.The results of evaluating tables and monitoring were analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software.Results There was a difference in the level of total testosterone(P<0.01)before and after the treatment of 11-acid testosterone and Shibao decoction,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).According to the Istanbul symptom rating scale,its symptoms are improved than before treatment.There were significant differences between the two groups before and after the treatment of physical and vasomotor symptoms,mental symptoms,and sexual symptoms(P<0.0l),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups before and after the treatment of the monitoring indexes of TT and FT were both improved,and SHBG decreased(P<0.0l),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion 1.There was no significant difference in total testosterone level,symptom improvement and efficacy between shibao decoction and 11-acid testosterone in the treatment of male menopause syndrome.2.Shibao decoction is used to treat who with kidney essence deficiency male climacteric syndrome,by warming invigorating the kidney-yang,filling with kidney essence and regulating the balance of the liver,spleen and kidney,and the dynamic balance of Yin and Yang.3.There was safe to using and no adverse reaction in treating male climacteric syndrome by Shibao decoction.
