| Obejective: 1.To investigate the incidence of anxiety and depression in patients with Sjogren’s syndrome.2.Observe whether Sjogren Syndrome is more likely to produce anxiety and depression than other outpatients.3.To analyze the relatiognship between negative mood and related laboratory indexes in patients with Sjogren’s syndrome.Methods:(1)A total of 90 outpatients of internal medicine were selected using a 10:1 continuous case test, and collected their general data and the SDS scores and the HAMD scores(24 items),the scores were scored with consent.(2)Select 85 patients with Sjogren’s syndrome, collect the general data of patients and SDS score,HAMD(24 items)score,globulin,hs-CRP,ESR,PLT.(3)In 85 patients with Sjogren’s syndrome, after 2 months of effective treatment, recollected their SDS scores,HAMD scores,GLB,CRP,ESR,PLT,etc.(4)SDS score ≥53 points or HAMD score ≥20 points wil be considered as patiengt with anxiety and depression symptoms, then analyze the results Using statistical methods.Results:(1)Out of the 90 outpatients, there were 40 male patients and 50 female patients, average age is 40 years. There were 11 patients(12.22%)with a SDS score of ≥53,and 14 patients(15.56%)with a HAMD score of ≥20.(2)Among the 85 patients with Sj?gren’s syndrome, female patients were 81(95.3%),average age is 53 years,40 percent of the all patients were 40-60 years old,25 cases(29.41%)had a SDS score ≥53,31cases(36.47%)had a HAMD score ≥20.(3)After 2 months of treatment, biochemical indicators such as GLB,CRP,ESR,and PLT were significantly improved in 85 patients. After treatment,21 patients(24.70%)had an SDS score of ≥53 points, and 28 patients had a HAMD score of ≥20(32.94%),and the patients who were determined to have anxiety and depression in the second time all comes from the patients who have the anxiety and depression at the first time.(4)The incidence of anxiety and depression in patients with Sjogren’s syndrome were higher than those in medical outpatients.(5)Platelet count did not significantly affect the SDS score or HAMD score, and had no significant effect in incidence of anxiety and depression in patients with Sjogren’s syndrome.(6)The age, duration, globulin,ESR,CRP and SDS scores and HAMD scores were not significantly correlated in patients with Sjogren’s syndrome. Conclusion:Patients with Sjogren ’s syndrome are more likely to develop anxiety and depression than other medical outpatients and have no significant correlation with platelet count. There is no significant correlation between ESR,CRP,globulin, disease duration and age. |
