| ObjectiveThe changes of clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram(ECG)and serum levels of TXB2-6-keto-PGF1-? in patients with angina pectoris were observed before and after treatment with Guanxinping tablet.To evaluate the clinical effect of Guanxinping tablet on this group of patients,and to explore the mechanism of Guanxinping on platelet aggregation,thrombosis and vasoconstriction in patients with CHD angina pectoris.MethodsFrom March 2017 to October 2017,100 cases of CHD angina pectoris with deficiency of Qi-Yin and phlegm-blood stasiswere selected from Department of Cardiology,Department of Geriatrics,Jiangsu traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.They will be divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese patent medicine Guanxinping tablet and combined with conventional western medicine.The dosage of Guanxinping tablet was 4 tablets/time 3 times a day.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese patent medicine Xinkesu combined with conventional western medicine,and the dosage of Xinkesu was 4 tablets per day for 4 weeks as a course of treatment.The clinical symptoms of the two groups were observed and recorded before and after treatment.The changes of electrocardiogram and serum levels of TXB2-6-keto-PGF1?were analyzed.ResultThe curative effect of angina pectoris:the patients in the treatment group and the control group were compared before and after treatment.It was found that the pain degree of angina pectoris was alleviated and the frequency of angina pectoris attack was reduced.At the same time,the duration of angina pectoris was also significantly improved.after the treatment,There was great significant difference in angina pectoris score between the two groups(P<0.01),and there was great significance between the two groups in the number of angina pectoris attacks(P<0.01),the duration of angina pectoris,in the two groups,.After treatment,there was great significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The effect of ECG:the effective rate was 76%in the treatment group finally and 56%in the control group.We compare the two groups,the ST-T segment of electrocardiogram was improved.There was significant difference in the total effective rate of electrocardiogram between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The curative effect of TCM clinical symptoms:we compared the before and after treatment,the total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 90%and that in the control group was 74%.The clinical symptoms of TCM,such as shortness of breath,fatigue,palpitations,chest pain,and so on,were obviously improved in the two groups.The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.Changes of TXB 2-6-keto-PGF1?:there was no significant difference between the two groups in serum TXB 2-6 keto-PGF1? before treatment,TXB 2 decreased significantly(P<0 01),6 keto-PGF 1 a increased significantly(P<0 01)in treatment group,We compare the two groups there was great difference(P>0.01).The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group in decreasing TXB 2 and increasing 6-keto-PGF1?level.Conclusion1.Guanxinping has significant clinical effect on CHD angina pectoris with deficiency of Qi-Yin and phlegm-blood stasis,which can improve the clinical symptoms of TCM and reduce the severity of angina pectoris pain.It can reduce the number of angina pectoris attack and the duration of angina pectoris attack,but also improve the electrocardiogram.2.Guanxinping tablet can significantly reduce the level of TXB2 and increase the level of 6-keto-PGF1?in patients with CHD angina pectoris with deficiency of qi-yin and phlegm-blood stasis,and can stabilize cell membrane,inhibit platelet aggregation,prevent thrombosis,dilate blood vessels and reduce coronary resistance.Thus increasing coronary blood flow has protective effect on ischemic heart. |
