The Quality Of Life Assessment Research On Children Asthma In Remisson Stage By Means Of "Solid Wei,Strengthening Spleen And Nourishing Kidney"

Asthma is one of the most common chronic respiratory diseases in children,in recent years,the incidence rate has increased year by year.This disease course and treatment cycle is long and easy to have repeated attacks,seriously affected the children and their families physiological and mental health.How to control the number of asthma attacks effectively and improve the quality of life of children has become one of the urgent problems to be solved.Western medicine takes glucocorticoid as the first choice in the treatment of remission,but it can produce side effects and lacks effective and lasting intervention.TCM holds that the main mechanism of remission is the weakness of the lungs and spleen and kidney,and based on the idea of treating the undiseased,the treatment should be sustained from three aspects:strengthening the spleen,fixing the kidneys and repairing the lungs.For many years,it has been used as a treatment for children with asthma in remission period,and it has received some curative effect in clinic.Objective:In this study,children with asthmatic remission were investigated and followed up retrospectively,and their survival quality scores were compared.To explore the effectiveness of different time nodes the drugs of "Solid Wei,Strengthening Spleen and Nourishing Kidney" in terms of improving the quality of life of children with asthma.Methods:The 60 cases selected in this study were all from Pediatric clinic in Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM from November 2016 to December 2017.The 60 cases were randomly divided into 37 cases in the treatment group and 23 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given the drugs of "Solid Wei,Strengthening Spleen and Nourishing Kidney".The control group was given Menglusitena chewable tablet orally.Results:The results of statistical analysis were as follows:(1)There were no significant differences in gender,age and type of distribution before treatment(P>0.05).(2)The results were statistically analyzed in 56 cases with complete data.24 cases with history of eczema,15 cases with history of allergic rhinitis,family members had a history of asthma or other allergic diseases in 27 cases,and children had a history of Mycoplasma infection in 17 cases.(3)After 1 month of treatment,the scores of the treatment group and the control group were higher in each section,but there was no statistical difference,the results showed that the two groups of drugs were effective and had no difference in curative effect.(4)After treatment in February and after treatment in March,the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher.The scores of the two groups were higher than those of the control group in daily exercise,asthma symptoms,psychological status of the children and their parents.The difference of T test was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that both groups of drugs were effective,but with the increase of time,the effect of the drugs was more lasting and the effect was more significant.(5)At different time points during the study period,the two groups showed a slight improvement in social activity,but the P value was greater than 0.05.In addition to physiological factors,there are other factors involved in the social activity score of children.Single drug therapy has little effect on improving social activity score.(6)During the study period,the quality of life scores of the children in both groups improved,and the scores of the treatment group increased faster than that of the control group(P>0.05).The results indicated that intervention therapy was still needed between the period of asthma remission in children,and the improvement of traditional Chinese medicine group was more significant than that of traditional medicine.Conclusions:Children with asthmatic remission have inadequate lungs,spleen and kidney,and are prone to recurrent infection.The curative effect of the drugs of Traditional Chinese medicine is improving the quality of life of asthmatic children is obvious,mainly in the fields of asthma symptom score,psychological status score,such as reducing the number of asthma attacks,cough,wheezing duration and so on.It is an effective and safe way in the treatment of asthma remission,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
