| ObjectiveIn this study,hypothyroidism patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with thyroid,the treatment group was treated with You gui Wan plus thyroid.We observe the change of integral of two groups of patients with TCM syndrome thyroid function and blood lipid,assess the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine of Warming Kidney Yang the treatment of hypothyroidism,and to explore its mechanism,provide the basis for the clinical application of Warming Yang method in treating hypothyroidism.MethodsThe 84 hypothyroidism patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 42 cases in each group.the control group was treated with thyroid in 2 months,the treatment group was treated with You gui Wan plus thyroid in 2 months.Record the changes of the clinical symptoms and the level of the thyroid function,provide the treatment basis for the clinical application.Results1.TCM syndrome score:the independent sample t test,before treatment,the two groups of patients in the TCM syndrome score of the comparison of the difference was not statistically significant.The results showed that the baseline data of two groups of patients with TCM syndrome were consistent and comparable.Paired sample t test,after treatment,the two groups of patients before and after their own comparison of TCM syndrome scores were statistically significant,suggesting that the two treatment methods can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.With independent sample t test,there was significant difference between the syndrome integral differenceof two groups of patients before and after treatment(including soreness and weakness of waist and knees,limb edema,shortness of breath three symptoms integral comparison of the difference was not statistically significant,the rest of the symptoms and the total score difference were statistically significant),suggesting that warming herbs combined with small dose thyroid than a simple thyroid treatment of hypothyroidism is more superior in the improvement of TCM syndrome effect.2.The level of the thyroid function:independent sample t test,two groups of patients before treatment in terms of a comparison of the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.The results showed that the baseline data of the two groups were consistent and comparable.The paired samples t test,before and after treatment in two groups of patients before and after the comparison of the differences in their work with a statistically significant,suggesting that the two treatment methods can improve the level of a patient's work.With independent sample t test,there were significant differences between the two groups of patients with thyroid function difference after treatment,suggesting that the kidney yang of Chinese medicine combined with small doses of thyroid than a simple thyroid treatment of hypothyroidism in the improvement of thyroid fun.3.blood lipid:the independent sample test,before treatment,the difference between the two groups of patients in terms of blood lipids was not statistically significant.The results showed that the baseline data of two groups of patients were consistent and comparable.Paired samples t test,before and after treatment in two groups of patients before and after the comparison of their blood lipid differences were statistically significant,suggesting that the two treatment methods can improve the level of blood lipids.With independent sample t test,there were significant differences between the two groups of patients with blood lipid difference after treatment(TG after treatment difference comparison,P=0.229>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant),suggesting that the kidney Yang medicine combined with small dose thyroid than a simple thyroid treatment of hypothyroidism is better in improving the effect of lipid levels.4.The comparison of curative effect:After the treatment,there were 3 cases recovered,8 cases effect significantly,18 cases effective,13 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 69.05%in the control group.There were 7 cases recovered,16 cases effect significantly,16 cases effective,3 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 92.86%in the treatment group.5.adverse reactions:two groups of patients after treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the number of heart palpitations,sweating,insomnia,irritability symptoms.That warming Yang Chinese medicine combined with small dose thyroid than a simple thyroid treatment of hypothyroidism less clinical adverse reactions of heart palpitations,sweating,insomnia,irritability,better safety.ConclusionThe treatment with thyroid and the treatment with You gui Wan plus thyroid can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with deficiency of kidney yang,and can improve the level of the thyroid function.But the treatment with You gui Wan plus thyroid than the treatment with thyroid with better clinical efficacy,and no patients with palpitation,pulse rate increased,nausea and vomiting and other adverse reactions during the treatment. |
