Study On The Efficacy Evaluation Of Adding Or Reducing Jieyu Hehuan Decoction In Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis With Liver And Stomach Heat Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy,gastroscopy pathological improvement and safety of patients by using adding or reducing Jieyu Hehuan decoction in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with liver and stomach heat syndrome,so as to provide evidence for clinical application of Jieyu Hehuan decoction.Methods:A total of 60 patients who have been diagnosed as chronic atrophic gastritis with liver and stomach heat syndrome were collected from the Department of Gastroenterology of Jiangsu Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Sixty patients were randomly divided into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The experimental group was given adding or reducing Jieyu Hehuan decoction,and the control group was given folic acid tablets(5 mg/tablet),and the two groups were treated for 3 months.After the end of treatment,the clinical symptoms and gastroscope pathological effects were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)Clinical symptom analysis:The total effective rate of improvement of TCM syndromes in the experimental group reached 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was only 53.33%.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).(2)Comparison of clinical symptom scores:The difference in each symptom score was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of stomach discomfort,dry stools,stomach pain,upset and irritability(P<0.01).(3)Analysis of gastroscope pathology:After the end of treatment,the total effective rate of improvement of gastric mucosa atrophy in the experimental group reached 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was only 56.67%.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01);The total effective rate of the improvement of intestinal metaplasia in the experimental group reached 70.00%,and the total effective rate in the control group was only 40.00%,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01);The number of cases of heterosexual hyperplasia was small and they were all cured after treatment.There was no statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Adding and reducing Jieyu Hehuan Decoction for treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with liver and stomach heat syndrome has obvious advantages in improving clinical symptoms and gastroscopy pathological manifestations,and no obvious adverse reactions.lt is worthy of further research and promotion in clinical practice.
