Objective:Based on the "Guide of Moxibustion in preventing children with Recurrent respiratory tract infections"(evaluation draft),this study explores and analyzes its methodology, clinical concordance and clinical effects,so that providing data support for further developing guide of "treating pre-disease",according to clinical observation and edical statistics methods. Methods:The first part:Four experts were invited to evaluate the guide draft, filling out"clinical guide research and evaluation form" and putting forward specific suggestions.Clinical consistency evaluation, adopting case investigation and analysis method,we investigated 192 cases from 8 hospitals in different regions in recent one-year under the guidance of experts.Comparing diagnosis、physical Moxibustion and acupoint selection,we had filled up and submitted the questionnaires of cases completing the guide evaluation of the methodology and clinical consistency evaluation.Draft guide for public consultation on the Internet,We finally had setted out draft for review. The secod part:Children’s RRTI in non-acute infection period were randomly assigned to two groups,30 cases in the treatment group, offered mild Moxibustion based on distinguishing constitution, while 32 cases in the control group, offered Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powde, both a course of 4 weeks, followed up for 6 months,to compare the symptom integral and clinical effects before and after treatment between two groups. Results:The first part:(1)Two experts both score 6 of the guide, the other two scoring 7,thinking highly quality of the guide.(2)The summary of the consistency testing table shows that the coincidence rates is 100%on five aspects in the 192 cases.Because of individual and regional differences, the consistency rate of TCM constitution, acupoints, methods, time, treatment course and nursing is not 100%,but the consistency rate is relatively high.(3)Among the 192 children, the proportion of lung-spleen qi deficiency and disharmony between ying and wei is slightly higher, which is 41.67%and 32.81%respectively.Physical Moxibustion adopted by 8 hospitals is basically same with the guide.(4)Acupoints,time and treatment of Moxibustion are in accordance with guide, which can flexibly add and decrease in practice. The second part:(1)Group comparison before treatment:No difference is existed between the two groups on the gender, age, course of disease,TCM syndrome integral(P>0.05).(2)Comparison after treatment:①Comparison of two groups about the improvement of sweating, fatigue and secondary symptoms:statistical differences are existed in before and after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).②Comparison between two groups of TCM syndrome integral:statistical differences are existed in two groups, compared with 2 months,3 months,6 months before and after treatment(P<0.05).③Comparison between two groups of clinical efficacy:statistical differences are existed in two groups after treatment(P<0.05),showing that the treatment group is superior to the control group.Conclusion:(1)Four experts both think highly quality of the guide. The clinical consistent rate of diagnosis, contraindication and attention in the evaluation draft is 100%.(2)The overall clinical effects of Moxibustion intervention in children with Recurrent respiratory tract infections is superior to Spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powde.(3)The Guide of Moxibustion intervention with Rrecurent respiratory infections in children is worthy of clinical application.
