Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Qi And Yin Deficiency Type Of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection In Children During The Non-infectious Period With Shenqi Dongling Fanggan Ointmen

Purpose:To study the clinical efficacy of treating children’s Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections with Qi and Yin deficiency in non-infection period by the Shenqi Winter Fanggan Paste.Methods: The children who comformed to the diagnostic were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with Excel random numbers.The EG was treated by the Shenqi Winter Fanggan Paste when the CG was treated by the Huaiqi Huang Ke Li.After 2 months of treatment,the children would be followed-up 6 months.To evaluates and summarize the clinical effectiveness according to the total effective,frequency,change of disease type,course of disease,level of immunoglobulin and TCM syndrome score between the two groups.Results: 1.Following-up 6 months after treatment,the clinical efficacy rate of the EG was 86.67% when the CG was 73.33%(P=0.002);the EG was better than the CG on frequency,change of disease type and course of disease.(P=0.014、P=0.000、P=0.054)2.The scores of TCM syndrome in both groups were reduced to varying degrees than before in the 2 months of treatment and the 3 time spots,and the EG was better.(P=0.039、P=0.002、P=0.011、P=0.49)3.After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin in both groups were improved to varying degrees than before.The levels of immunoglobulin Ig A,Ig G were improved more significantly,and the EG was better.Conclusion:The Shenqi Winter Fanggan Paste has a good efficacy of treating children’s Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections with Qi and Yin deficiency in non-infection period.Children aged 3~8 were improved significantly on the clinical symptoms,frequencies and levels of immunoglobulin.The Shenqi Winter Fanggan Paste is effective,affordable,safe,convenient.
