ObjectiveThis study was to to explore the influencing factors of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and to provide the theory evidence to healthy care providers in order to reduce of level of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder,heighten the support role to the patients,increase the quality of home Nursing.MethodBy using the method of convenience sampling from May 2016 to December 2017,we conducted a questionnaire survey using Family General Information Questionnaire,Patients' Disease Questionnaire,Parent Perception of Uncertainty Scale-Family Member,Pittsburgh sleep quality index and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Check-list-Civilian Version from the 308 family members of Xing'an People's hospital ICU patients.The data were input and analyzed by the SPSS 17.0.Results1.The survey showed that 33.33% research objects with positive symptom of PTSD,The total average score of PTSD was(37.80?5.38),and the average score of PCL-C of three dimensions was avoid/numbness symptom(13.67?2.96),increased alertness symptom was(12.51?2.01),re-experience symptom was(11.76?1.72)from high to low.2.The single factor analysis showed that variables difference between PTSD positive and negative groups was gender,age,education levels,decision-making roles,total score of sleep disorder,total score of uncertainty in illness that was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,sleep disorder total score,uncertainty in illness total score entered the regression equation.Women(OR=2.54),sleep disorder total score(OR=1.853),uncertainty in illness total score(OR=1.270)are risk factors for PTSD.Conclusion1.The survey showed that the prevalence of PTSD in family members of ICU patients is higher than the general population,the subjects are the high population of PTSD.Female,severe sleep disorder,high uncertainty in illness are risk factors for PTSD.2.The medical staff should pay more attention to women and take efforts to create a good environment for family members and implement elastic visit regime,strengthen exchanges and communication with family members,provide more comprehensive and accurate information about patients order to reduce the lever of PTSD of ICU patients' family members.
